Hello little ones and dog owners. I actually have a 8,241 square feet yard size. I would say that is medium size that is gated all around as you see in the pictures exactly. Lots of room for running around, digging space, explore and have fun! I do have a fire pit in the middle of the yard and a patio deck for dog owners to sit and relax. I don't have much playing toys, but I have plenty of sticks and a ball that can be bitten and thrown. Don't worry, I can buy more toys or you can supply your dog's own favorite toys. I don't have any dog's. There are neighborhood dogs in their respective homes that may bark, but don't worry they can't jump over their fence or anything from their owners homes. If you would like little humans to play with dogs just let me know, if not the space will be yours alone. You can park in front of the house or in the driveway. We have installed multiple methods of LIGHTING for evening reservations. Easy instructions for use will be sent when you make the reservation. We do have a SHADE/RAIN SHELTER! :) PARKING: One FREE private parking space located at the entrance from the alley at the back of the lot. Since some guests were having a tough time with the parking space, we did WIDEN the entrance. We park 2 Honda CRV's back there daily without issue. Fully fenced 6 foot secure and private green space. Large open lot with seating and plenty of room to play fetch or just relax off leash. Easy street parking, no permit required. Any Extras will be located in the storage bin on the east wall of the lot.

Half acre fenced in with gazebo chairs table. Filled kiddie pool on request.. it’s pretty private and serene. There is a playground, sandbox, swing in the tree and plenty of toys. Porch swing is under deck water bowls are by the hose. Feel free to fill them up if they are empty. We usually have everything ready. We made this spot in honor of Lola, a 2 year old American bulldog. She was so aggressive we loved her and tried everything, we failed. This is a safe spot!! We just added an extra dog bath feature. Our yard is a longer more narrow yard which allows the dogs a little more distance for their runs. There is landscape bordering the fence and a garden in the front of the yard next to a yoga studio. There are areas to explore and areas for both dog and owner to relax, and a secure dog run that can be used for training. There is some agility equipment, a small plastic pool, as well as a sandbox and a deck with a roof in the dog run to help keep the dogs cool on a hot day.
