You can use the pool or we can put up the safety fence. Additionally we have a small kiddie pool for dogs that like to splash around or just prefer drinking from a giant water bowl. Closed part day May 29th for lawn maintenance ** This 5 acre private, fully fenced Sniffspot offers a peaceful and secure environment with plenty of room to run, sniff, play in the pond and explore. The property is quiet and private. It is fully fenced & very secure which is perfect for reactive, anxious, or escape-prone dogs. We have a GSP who is an escape artist, and we've made sure it's safe for her. There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cooler and more comfortable with the Florida Sun. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property where dogs can swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily small Blue Gill and Catfish). However, we don't allow fishing for the safety of the pets (hooks, etc.). We have never seen any gators on the property although it is always a possibility. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. Indoor restroom access available. Pool/lanai use available as an extra. Out of respect for our neighbors and for the property, we have decided to only host dog visits or dog birthday parties with 5 humans or less in attendance. If you are bringing more than one vehicle please let us know. We want the property to be more of a peaceful, low key place to visit. 💧 Amenities * Two hoses for bathing. * Shampoo, water bowls and some toys provided. It is rare to find fire ants on the property. Depending on the time of year, the water level and number of Lilly pads (and other vegetation) in the pond changes. The pond water is lowest December-February. A pond filtration system was installed in Feb 2026. The filtration system helps kill harmful bacteria/algae and keeps the pond healthier. Algae blooms are still possible in any pond. We monitor the pond closely for the safety of our pets and yours. Water is tested monthly.

Residential fenced in yard with artificial turf. (Please note, turf may be warmer in spots without shade). We are in a residential area and have no control over neighbors dogs. We do have dogs ourselves and I do my best to keep them away from windows and in another room. Sometimes they bark. Plenty of seating, dog toys, water hook up and sprinklers are available to use. Fire pit available to use. Off street parking(Driveway located in back of property). We also have a kiddy pool with real grass for them to sit, eat, etc. we can remove it from yard upon request. (Seasonal when available) Dog bags are provided if they go potty. All we ask is you tie the bag and place on top of brown box. We will dispose. You can bring anything for your pup that you wish and we can provide anything you may need. Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate requests. We decided to offer our yard on Sniffspot to provide other dogs and their humans a place to play and feel safe. We once had no yard and dog parks were not always an option.
