Thank you. /////////////////////// Welcome to my spot!! Quick housekeeping items: 1. Gate over driveway, if closed, can be opened manually. If already opened, just drive through and close it behind you to secure the space for your dog to enjoy his run. When you leave, you don't need to close the gate if you found it opened when you come in. 2. Please don't enter the vinyl fence areas directly in the front and back of the house. 3. Spot distractions: 3A) My northwest back neighbor has little dogs that like to engage in fence fighting. I recommend you stay closer to the front of the lot because my neighbor in the back on the northwest side (on the far left if you're facing the house) has 3 little dogs who love to do fence fighting. I have put an additional fence and pallets to block them from being able to stick their noses through the fence. 3B) Poultry in my backyard - I have a few ducks and chickens behind my vinyl fenced backyard which is not part of the sniffspot, but can be seen. The ducks quack sometimes. The chickens cluck. 4. Also, please try not to be too close to the fence lines as there are shallow holes from dug up Vibernum bushes that used to grow in front of the fence. 5. For dog waste, I have a dog waste collection bag (an empty dog food bag) by the trash can area in front of the garage. Please deposit your dog waste bags in here. If you don't see one, please feel free to leave the bags on the concrete pad by the trash can area. I'll put it in the dog waste collection bag when I see it. If you let me know you leave the bags on the concrete pad, I will be sure to take care of them quickly. Thank you! 6. If you need water for your dog(s), there is a faucet by the back building. 7. I recommend wearing waterproof boots as grass can be wet from morning dews. 8. You might want to bring some mosquito repellant as there can be mosquitoes in the yard. 9. After heavy rain, the back part of the property and the right corner in the back area will have puddles and grounds can be muddy. If you want to avoid these spots, try to stay in the front part of the property on the right side when facing the house. The left side next to the mound can also gather some water puddles. Come for an hour or multiple hours and you will leave with a happy sleepy puppy!

It’s that time of year! Produce stand is set up outside the gate with locally grown (around the block) produce. Honor jar at stand. The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. We welcome pup parents and their fur babies to come enjoy endless hours of open space to get fresh air and as little or as much exercise needed. The property is 4 acres but the front yard is 2 acres fully fenced with a shaded front porch(the pic with my GS in it shows one half of the porch) there are chairs to sit along with fresh water and dry towels for your fur baby. There is also a shaded back porch with the smaller fenced in area if you would rather be back there. There is always doggie treats and cold water or soda for you. Inside restrooms for you if needed. My girl will be inside with me but is extremely friendly if you need to come in for the restroom. It’s my mom and I during the day. We would love to have you and your fur baby come for a visit! Heartland Place is the perfect spot for the furry family in your life and humans of all ages too! (One guest is included with your reservation to use our playground but additional guests would need to pay admission to our playground if they want to enjoy it!) We have restrooms and trash cans for disposal, but you will need to bring your own bags to clean up after your pets!

We have a huge lawn and area to run and play - all grass and plenty of space. We do have chickens in coop.

Fully fenced & spacious open yard, perfect for your dog to get their zoomies out. Lots to sniff and several toys can be found laying around; we also have a dog pool, sprinkler & hose you can utilize! Well lit for night romps, with kennels and a covered gazebo for rainy days. We keep poop bags, training treats & a scooper on site, as well as bug spray. Meditation haven! Front, back and side. Yoga decks with rubber mulch for pupper parents, plenty of different spaces for fur babies to get the zoomies out. No pets live here but you may see deer, cattle, and the bird watching is top notch. Please park on the concrete driveway, pulled to one side for delivery drivers to get by. Please bag waste and leave in bin at back lot. (For your pets' safety, do not go past the barn outback, that is cattle pasture only.) Enjoy!!

Fully fenced (with an electric fence as well) open acre that is rotated between horses, goats, and other dogs! Upon your booking the acre will be empty so your pup can freely explore all the smells and chase all the squirrels desired! A liability release will be provided and required to sign as there are other animals on the property!
