A small private horse farm that directly backs up to a state park. Fields, woods, and creek on property. Dogs must stay out of the horse pasture (some horses may chase them). I have a friendly foxhound on site, although she stays in the house unless I'm walking her. She does love other dogs to play with however!

A good half mile from Route 234 (Dumfries Road) in the Woodbine Woods region of the Manassas historic District, the lot has over a quarter acre of open yard, light but old growth woods and a small stream just past the woodline. The forest offers deer, squirrels, foxes and a wide variety of birds (I believe i saw a mated pair of Kestrels). Some neighbors have dogs (there are two cats in my house that live in the windows to watch the outside world) and there is a highly qualified professional Dog Trainer in the area (details available on request).

Reptar told me to welcome you and your dogs to enjoy his fully-fenced backyard with private lake access. He offers shade for our guests, both from the trees and a movable pop up tent. He also has a dog-kiddie pool for them to splash around in or rinse off after their dip in the lake. He provide outside toys, doggie waste bags, treats, towels and drinking water for you and our furry guests. He offers a 25 yard leash you can use when your dog is swimming if you are worried about their recall in the water. Swimming is at the discretion of the owner/booker, and we have no ability to control lake conditions. Hello, thanks for checking out my spot! Right off the route 7 corridor my place offers a great area for your dog to stretch their legs. My pup has enough space to get going full tilt a little bit and loves running around back there, she’s a 10 month old border beagle. Perfect for fetch, there’s a long stretch your pup can run back and forth on. Plenty of smells, squirrels and frogs frequent my yard. The pond has two tiers, one isn’t very deep nor large, the lower tier is 2’ deep in the middle. Not large enough to swim laps, but you pup can take a dip and cool off in the summer. Updates are coming to the pond/fire pit area, stay tuned. There’s a large deck that needs work, so please don’t use it. Plenty safe for a dog, but I don’t want it used by people people. Under it there’s some wood and random stuff, nothing dangerous to a dog :)

8ac farmhouse property with plenty of options for your dogs to roam around and play. There's plenty of grassy areas to pick from. Very private, quiet, and tucked away in the back away from the main road. We don't have any pets, so yours will be the only ones on the property, and we're rarely home. Feel free to use the triple fenced garden area before we start growing anything. There is new home construction up at the top of the hill they have their own short black fencing around the homes, so just stay beyond the fence. Water pump and doggie bowls available outside near the front right side of the home in front of the outhouse. Trashcans are available at the side of the house across from the shed near the trampoline. There's a basketball hoop and 🏀 if interested in playing as well as some swings for kids closer to the house. Feel free to use it. Lastly, please use Google Maps for navigation instead of Waze as it's the most updated one for finding the property. The way to operate the water pump is to pull the lever up and all the way back and wait a few seconds and the water will come out the hose. PS- if you're ever running late or got lost and some of your paid time is used up please feel free to stay a little longer to make up for it if no one else is booked immediately after you.
