2+ acres to let your dog run and play. Bring ball to throw, plenty of room!! After rain there is water in yard for splashing through. Pool is available for you to swim with your dog. Hose to rinse your dog off before entering pool( if dirty) or after running in mud. Seating area for you around pool and on patio out of sun if needed. Please do not allow pets on furniture. Bring towels if needed. Have fun!!

Let your dog have a farm day! Strictly supervised exposure to farm animals, access to pasture, ponds, and miles of trails. Come back to the barn and help yourself to the washrack, bathroom, and cold drinking water.

4 acres of land where your dog can run safely. Our property is fenced in around all sides. We do have three dogs on our property but they will be in the house unless your dog wants a friend! We have a pond to walk around, fire pit available, chairs to sit in, and various fruit trees that may or may not have fruit. We have chickens but they are locked up. Dog toys available too :). We have plenty of room to run behind the pond. Bring some balls to throw around or just enjoy your dog running off leash.

Pepper was a mix of Chow, Siberian Husky, German Shepherd, and Wolf. Unfortunately, he was not able to be socialized. But he enjoyed his backyard, and now I'm offering Pepper's Backyard to other dogs like Pepper and for every dog to run free, play, and be happy off leash. Please place used soiled dog toys and towels in the laundry basket located on the patio so they can be cleaned and sanitized for the next guest. You, your dog(s), and any guest you bring agree that you are swimming at your own risk and assume all liability for yourself, your dog(s), and anyone you bring with you. Prior to your visit, you are required to inform Host thru the Sniffspot app of all humans and dogs you are bringing to PEPPER'S BACKYARD. Please be careful not to throw balls or frisbees over the fence and do not take any toys home with you. They are the property of Pepper's Backyard. An inventory of all toys is taken before and after each Guest visit. Missing, damaged or lost toys will be charged to you at $10 per item, and you will be expected to pay for it before the end of your visit either by Cash, CashApp, or Zelle. Please supervise your dog(s) and do not allow them to dig holes in our yard. There is a kiddie pool filled with sand in the far right corner of the yard, and that is the only place your dog(s) are allowed to dig. Any holes dug or any damage done to our yard, pool, patio, or yard furniture will immediately be reported to Sniffspot, and you will be banned from returning to this spot. Do not urinate in the pool or in the yard. A guest bathroom is located inside our home that you are welcome to use. Please know that there are 5 working and monitored surveillance cameras that take video clips of everything you, your dog(s) and any guest you may bring with you are doing while you are on our property and by booking at Pepper's Backyard you all acknowledge and agree to being video recorded.

Side 2 has a patio swing to sit and chill along with plenty of space to run, play and take care of their business. Side 2 also has access to a bathroom, patio, hose and kiddie pool. This very private 3 acre lot is located in a quiet residential homestead style area with no direct neighbors in sight. There is a pond, wooded trails, campfire area, picnic table, grassy area, dirt area, and long quiet dirt road for a secluded walk with your dog. Great for outdoor adventurers that wish to have a private place for their dog to roam free, play fetch, or just relax and explore. We do live on property with our own set of animals that will all be secured during your visit. We provide fresh bottled water upon request or there are multiple hoses around for drinking, as well as filled water bowls. There are no pesticides used on anything in the entire lot or surrounding lots.

Private Rd leads to my 2+ acre with a creek. Lots of trees and sniffing spots to explore.

This yard is a dog oasis with dock for jumping into canal and ramp for exiting. Big half acre lot fenced with a screened in pool. Private off street parking and patio seating. Carport seating for shade or liquid sunshiny moments. We welcome you and provide a cooler with bottled water as well as a stainless dish of fresh rain water, free refills (for your pooch) from our rain barrel. Dog poop bags and treats included. We have a fully fenced in backyard with a pool also in a quiet neighborhood for taking nice walks with your dog. We provide dog treats and water as well as human treats and drinks. We have two dogs. If your dogs like to play, they are more than welcome to.
