A kiddie pool is available in the summer, but I will need to be notified in advance on whether or not you would like it filled. Two humans per dog are allowed unless arrangements are made with me in advance. Please note that the yard may be wet or muddy after rain or snow. Additionally, mole holes might be present in some areas (providing extra sniffing opportunities!) 😜 Additionally, our spot is conveniently located right by the B&O Trail, making it easy for you to warm up or cool down your visit with a walk. Dogs are welcome to swim—bring towels and be prepared for some mud if it’s been raining or you have a pond monster doggy. Woods have wonderful smells, my dogs sometimes find delightful things to roll in. A hose is available for use on warm days. We do have chickens on site and ask you not allow your dog to harass them as you enter and leave (chickens are in a separate fenced area and in a coop/run). My dogs will be in the house—some barking may happen on your arrival but they will not be loose.
