The water is the Cypress Creek River, it has a lot to offer with beautiful, large Cypress trees. Plenty of space to explore and enjoy the peaceful, beautiful spot. Please keep in mind we are in a drought so the water isn't as deep as it's been the last few years. Water is still safe to swim in but figured I would include this since I've had a few people mention the water levels. Texas is experiencing a drought, fyi.

We are on .55 acres and plenty for your fur babies to sniff. We also have a pool they can utilize for an ADDITIONAL COST and a seating area for you moms and dads to hang out. Just please make sure your pets do not get on the furniture. The deck has a fridge stocked with cold beverages, a smart tv to enjoy a show or music. Help yourself to our coffee bar during the winter! Tons of space for active dogs to run and play at this working ranch located just southeast of Austin (10 miles from Southpark Meadows). Recommended stay at least one full hour to explore fully. The ranch has multiple fenced areas that can be used (smaller areas if your dog isn't trained to come can be arranged). I have automatic solar-powered string lights throughout the backyard, so if you want to come by after dark, your visit will still be completely illuminated.
