I have a background in Vet Tech, have owned and loved many animals throughout my life and feel my calling is to offer my furry friends the best options we have in life. My yard is one of my favorite parts about owning my home. It's Huge, its open and above all else, my two babies can run to their hearts content. This location will only get better with time. Right now, we have a few agility options and plenty of fetch toys. Stay tuned for more updates as time progresses. We have big plans for this place and hope you will enjoy the journey with us. Update: we have added some comfortable seating for both dog’s and their people. We have also added a small kiddy pool, lure pole, large/long tug rope and herding ball. More additions still to come. Dogs love my sniff-tastic space! I hope you'll visit my large, fully enclosed half-acre yard. It has everything a pup could ask for: an open clearing for zoomies or game of fetch, shady woods and nooks and crannies to investigate, SO MANY critter sniff trails, and dirt, leaves and grass to dig in! It's also a great space for humans of all sizes to explore! You can even try your hand at a game of bocci ball while you're here in our gravel court! Easy side-street parking on Kamankeag makes accessing the yard through the back gate a piece of cake!

We are located just up the street from Pony Pasture park! We have a fully (newly) fenced in back yard that has yet to be landscaped since we moved in last year - perfect for dogs that need to let out their zoomies. The yard is shaded about 80% of the day. We have our own 2yo pitty named Asher who is happy to share his yard (don’t worry he will be inside at all times) - we have poop bags and bug spray for your use. Please pickup after your pet!

Approximately .25 acres of fully fenced in play yard! There are digging spots, shady trees area and a nice size ball throwing yard. Animal, people friendly mosquito treated. New patio with seating. The ground can be muddy after rain. The last 2 pictures are the area where water accumulates after heavy, consistent rain.

Enjoy our secluded dog pasture located on a dead end out in Beaverdam. As you enter the gravel driveway, you will see designated parking alongside a shaded shed. Just a short walk away is the entrance to a fully fenced doggie pasture. We will have camp style chairs at the gate for your use as well as a garden hose and drinking bowl (for the dogs only preferred).There are covered dog shelters so your pooch can have some shade. Doo doo bags and trash can are nearby for cleaning up. The area is far removed from the street We are easily reached should you have any issues at all and the area has security cameras for safety. We do not have any outside pets that will interfere with your visit. A burn barrel and wood is available for visits in the cooler months. Take a ride through the county and enjoy our clean and pesticide/fertilizer free pasture!

Gate entrance is to the left of the garage. You are able to park along the road or in the driveway. Please be mindful not to block any vehicles in & we will do the same. Feel free to sit and relax on the patio or by the fire pit. We have mature trees, so there is plenty of shade. 💧 There is a hose on the larger patio if you need to fill the water bowl. 🚮 We have a small trash can located by the shed.

Welcome to our Sniffspot! This is a suburban backyard, great for anyone in the surrounding area who needs a fenced-in yard for your pup to run around in. I have an older German Sheppard who only goes out periodically throughout the day. He would NOT be out in the yard during your reservation. I do my best to keep the yard clean but there may be some missed spots here and there. My neighbors have 2 younger dogs who can be heard, but not seen, through the vinyl fence. There are other dogs in the neighborhood as well that can be heard but not seen. The deck can be accessed for bench seating, outdoor table seating, umbrella shade, outdoor electricity, and other amenities. Please come enjoy our backyard!

Hello! My name is Katie and we are so excited to offer our yard space to your furry best friend. My family has lived in an apartment the last two years while house hunting in Crozet, and we have learned how difficult it is to have dogs without access to a yard. Now that we are settling into our new home, we are excited to offer our space for afternoon fetch, morning zoomies, and just lounging in the sunshine. Animals just make the world a better place. You will always have complimentary access to our hammock and swing gazebo but the use of the Solo Stove is an additional fee. Come enjoy some nature time in our yard in Crozet. :) Arrival Notes: When you arrive you can park anywhere on our gravel drive away. The gate to the right of the house that goes into our garden is where you will enter. Our sunflowers are dead and an eye sore right now, but I’m letting the birds and squirrels finish up their feast of seeds. This “holding” area in the garden gives you a chance to triple check there are no lingering guests or animals in the yard. Once you are in our backyard please shut the gate behind you. Most guests enjoy hanging out in the firepit area where there are hammock swings and seating. Along the fence, you will see a spot for water, toys, and other things I thought you may need. We ask that guests not utilize our small deck near the house, so that our dogs don’t bark and disturb their stay! So far all of our guests have come a second time, so if you end up booking again, I’d love any feedback on how to make your visit extra special. We have a mix of gardens, grass, mulch, and leaf areas great for sniffing and playing fetch and a bin full of fun toys and treats! We provide cold water for humans, bug spray, and hand sanitizer. We spray our yard every 5 weeks with natural oils to help with mosquitos, fleas, and ticks. Check out our extras too! Reactive dog owners should note that our neighbors have dogs that may or may not be outside during your visit on both sides of our yard. They are all friendly but will probably bark. (No dogs live in the yard with the chain link but there are visible dogs two yards over) We provide a bucket of extra small treats to help with training and distraction. Our girl loves a "sniffari" where you hide treats around the yard to sniff out. If you'd like to visit multiple times a month, please check our membership prices! We price them lower than Sniffpass but you can only use them at our spot. Important notes: ⭐️ Dogs MUST be leashed when entering and exiting the yard. Our neighbor across the street has a few outdoor cats we want to keep safe. 🍃 Please do not let your dog eat or chew any of the plants in the yard. No digging. 🌻 Please do not enter the gated garden area on the other side of the house. We house our quail coop and pet turtle in this area and don't want them startled.
