Hi! Welcome to our 3/4 acre fully fenced yard. Foliage provides a large amount of privacy and our spot is generally quiet, with rare sightings of neighbors and wildlife (hawks, birds, squirrels). We have a hose you can use, and a pergola with seating and chairs to relax and an outlet if needed. Our fire pit and firewood is available for safe use (please ask first). Two gates are located on either side of the house which are latched. A third gate is present along our neighbors fence which is latched and secured with a zip tie and bungee - a small gap exists. We have reactive dogs and know the struggle of finding a quiet place to enjoy. Our neighbor has a young dog that sometimes barks along the fence until they come and retrieve her. If you’d like to avoid tall grass, our yard is mowed/trimmed every other Thursday. Send us a message to determine what days it’s been mowed to enjoy a manicured yard visit. The pool is CLOSED. If you plan to enjoy the pool, please be sure your dog is wearing a life jacket and supervised at all times. Do not allow them to scratch at the side of the pool - guide them to use the stairs for entry and exist. NO GLASS near the pool or in the yard. Be sure to check yourself and dogs for ticks after a visit! Continuous tick preventatives are recommended for your outdoor pets! Let us know if you have any questions. FYI- The pool is now closed and expected to reopen Memorial Day weekend. Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy sniffing and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is uncovered and ready to swim for an additional charge (see below”Extras”). The fencing between the yard and pool is not 100% secure, just keep an eye on your pups. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot.
