Lovely creekfront space of one acre woods,metal steps to get to creek spot. Some steps are bent so be careful and swim or wand in creek at your own risk. steep areas on a hillside next to a quiet road with some level flat spots but again it’s wooded. Great for someone with a dog that loves water. Steps to access the creek. Due to changes in water level the beach area can be larger or smaller. Guests welcome to be on any part of the acre of creekfront. It is overgrown. We sometimes weed wack but the woods have no clear paths although your welcome to wander anywhere.

Our farm has: ✔️ Abundant wildlife! ✔️ Wide-open, completely unfenced land ✔️ Natural terrain with fields, hills, and trails ✔️ Ponds, streams and endless sniffing opportunities Parking & Arrival: Please park to the right of the big red barn, by the dumpster and begin walking from there. The farm sits on a very sharp curve, so use caution when entering and exiting the property. Dogs must be on leash when exiting your car and near the road. Once you are safely away from the road and barn, dogs may be off leash for the remainder of your visit. If your dog has never been off leash, we recommend you have an airtag or a GPS collar on them. Please do not let your dog leave the designated walking areas on our farm. Occasionally, you may see an older grampa (my father) working in the fields.

ALL DOGS IN YOUR BOOKING MUST BE ACQUAINTED. NO FIRST TIME INTRODUCTIONS ALLOWED. No one under the age of 18 is permitted on the property at any time during Sniffspot visits. This includes infants in carriers.

Herbert Household Hideaway

Fully fenced in .25 acres yard with a concrete patio that is level with the yard. No stairs to climb! There is a patio set with extra chairs and side tables, 11 foot umbrella for shade. There are dog toys always available, toddler friendly toys and snacks/beverages available for a fee. I work from home so any need for bathroom breaks can be done when I can open up the door. Swimming - dogs only. No people can enter the pool - per my home owners insurance, not even to sit on the steps and put your feet in. Only toys on site - or new in packaging permitted due to potential bacteria/algae contamination from waterway transfers. Additional fees per dog are based upon the size and short/long haired pups as the after care in much different.
