Hickory Hollow Private Dog Park In Strasburg

We have one full acre fully fenced with 4' high goat/sheep woven wire fencing. About 1/3 of it is open grassy field and the other 2/3 is nice shady woods. We in the process of over seeding the field to make the grass more lush this spring. We have added a few surprises down in the woods to make it more fun for our guests and their fur babies. There is an open lean-to where there are dog toys like frisbees and balls availble. There is also be a cute backdrop as a photo op for the dogs.

Full vinyl fencing that is very secure even for small dogs. Quiet neighborhood without many distractions other than squirrels. An outdoor water spigot to fill up a water bowl or you can hook up a sprinkler for water fun. I do have two dogs myself, but they would be kept inside during your visit.

Great area to take your pups ! There is no fence but as long as the listen decent they have all the room in the world to run . Because of its size I will try to host more than one dog at a time . There is a lake to swim and almost fully wooded. Thanks again for taking the time .

Private property - 1 acre unfenced access to Blockers Run; maintained creek bank and bed with egressed slopes or step access, fire pit/tiki torches (wood and matches may or may not be provided - please bring your own just in case), seating, mowed open field. Help yourself to supplies in the brown storage bench while you visit! Parking off-road through grasses in field just before the bridge, can park down along creek or up top in the open field. Please do not allow yourself or dogs to go up past the pallet garden. Pine trees and tall grass alongside are property boundaries. We own part of the property across the creek up to the birch tree cluster, there are some pathways cut over there, but heavy in poison ivy! Please pick up after your dogs. Trash can is not provided due to wildlife. Property near house monitored with security cameras. Not accessible during or immediately after heavy rainfall due to water safety.

We have a great property for humans and dogs! We own 14 acres of land. About 9 acres of it is woods, river, and trails. Lots to explore! None of the property is fenced in but the house sits a ways off the road. There is a bench by the river and a tree swing. Bring boots for the river and trails! 1 acre of relaxation and recreation. Open field, wooded area and a small hill leading to The Black River. Your dogs will LOVE romping around the yard, hill as well as playing and swimming in the river! Also, you can stay as long as you’d like and I don’t charge extra. My fee is for the day, you can even leave and come back.
