55Today was our second stay at Tipper’s Creek, and somehow it was even better than the first. 🥹🐾✨
This trip, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Todd, and what a genuinely wonderful human he is. We ended up having such a great conversation, and honestly, Todd restored a little bit of my faith in humanity. ❤️ Working front desk at a hotel can sometimes make you lose faith in people 😂, so it was really refreshing to meet someone who is so generous with what he has and who genuinely seems to care about sharing it with others.
Todd has this beautiful 5-acre property (or project 😉), and he has graciously opened it up for people and their pups to enjoy. You can tell he has truly thought of everything — cozy chairs and lights throughout the property, balls for the pups to play with, a water bowl, and even a phone charger if you need one! There are fireplaces around the property too, which I believe guests are welcome to use. It feels less like just a place to let your dogs run and more like a little piece of somewhere special that Todd is inviting you into.
And as if that wasn’t enough, Todd grows the most amazing-tasting tomatoes 🍅, has gorgeous flowers 🌸, and even had fresh eggs for sale! There’s just something really special about being able to meet the person behind the place, hear a little of their story, and see the care they’ve put into creating it.
So Todd, thank you for sharing your property, your story, your time, and your grown goods with us. 🫶 My pups and I will absolutely be making Tipper’s Creek a regular spot. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! ✨🐾❤️Cassidy C.

I am a worry wart so I love being able to take my dogs to a place where the water is always clear, clean, and actively flowing.
