55My dog loves this spot. It’s really large and the terrain is varied, making it a great place to explore. My dog likes to splash around in the tide flats and if there isn’t enough water there, he will take a dunk in the small creek which runs through the forest. His favorite part of the property are the trails through the woods. Although one review indicated there isn’t much in the way of trails, I haven’t found that to be the case. We have found a number of trails and although they aren’t wide, they are easy to navigate without bushwhacking through underbrush. Overall, we find this to be a beautiful and peaceful spot for both humans and dogs to enjoy and get some good exercise. Bonnie B.

Plenty to explore but safe paths for my scaredy cat to pretend to be brave on. We went at low tide and it was gorgeous. I can’t imagine what high tide would look like. I will definitely go back. I would love to find the waterfall reviews mention. We had the added bonus of two of the sweetest, ultra polite, dog loving neighbor kids asking to pet our dog which made his day even better! After the hike my pooches were pooped, and pretty dirty from the mud (be warned, this is nature, your dog WILL be dirty so bring towels!). We hosed them off and let them settle in the car while we met the hosts charming dogs, cats, rabbits, goats, chickens and the sweetest little donkey in the world. Our host Anja showed us around the best trails and was a laid back and very relaxing host. She clearly loves animals and our dogs liked her immedietly. She was above excellent in navigating the trails and giving us visual checks to find our way on our own next time. I will be back frequently!Kacie B.
