The wooded areas have been cleared underneath, creating fun paths for running, exploring, and leisurely walks. Relax while your dog plays, or join in the fun! There are multiple seating areas throughout the property, whether you prefer soaking up the sun or relaxing in the shade. Our large blue-stone patio provides a beautiful, shaded place to sit and backs right up to the woods. 🏊 Pool Update: The large in-ground pool is now closed for the season and has a mesh safety cover installed. Please note that the fencing separating the yard from the pool is not 100% secure, so we ask that you keep an eye on your pups while they are enjoying the yard. For your convenience, we provide: * 💩 Poop bags * 💧 A bowl of fresh water * 🧸 A basket of toys for your pup to enjoy Your privacy is important to us! All people and pets will be inside the house during your visit, giving you and your dog the entire outdoor space to yourselves. The 8.4 acres has several ATV trails that make hiking easy for you and your four legged friends. If you decide to go off trail it is wooded but not heavily. There is also a large open area of just grass that give several stream access points. There are several picnic tables and large roofed area with seating and power. There are also several spigots to fill up water bottles and water bowls. Some bowls are provided and cleaned after each use if you would like to use.

Foliage provides a large amount of privacy and our spot is generally quiet, with rare sightings of neighbors and wildlife (hawks, birds, squirrels). We have a hose you can use, and a pergola with seating and chairs to relax. Two gates are located on either side of the house which are latched. A third gate is present along our neighbors fence which is latched and secured with a zip tie and bungee - a small gap exists. We have reactive dogs and know the struggle of finding a quiet place to enjoy. Our neighbor has a young dog that sometimes barks along the fence until they come and retrieve her. We communicate with them to avoid this as best we can. If you’d like to avoid tall grass, our yard is mowed/trimmed every other Thursday. Send us a message to determine what days it’s been mowed to enjoy a manicured yard visit. If you plan to enjoy the pool, please be sure your dog is wearing a life jacket and supervised at all times. Do not allow them to scratch at the side of the pool - guide them to use the stairs for entry and exist. NO GLASS near the pool or in the yard. Before You Let Your Dog Off Leash * The upper play area is fully fenced and gated for secure off-leash play. * Always close and latch the gate behind you. Park Rules 1. Entry is by reservation only. 2. You are responsible for your dog(s), your guests, and any children in your party during your visit. 3. Dogs must remain under your supervision and control at all times. 4. If your dog displays aggressive or unsafe behavior, leash them immediately and end your visit. 5. Please clean up after your dog. Old Mystic K-9 Adventure Park

This is a fully fenced (5' fencing) K-9 Agility park. There are a large variety of jumps, tunnel, weave poles, teeter, and Pause Table on premise. We have outdoor solar spotlights for after daylight hours use. With temperatures dropping into the 20's at night now, we have removed the hose station until Spring when it becomes warmer again. Please remember to bring water for your pups!! 💧💧💧💧 Poop bags, dog treats and tennis balls are provided. Off street parking on grass, parallel to the front fence. Bottled water, people snacks, hand warmers, chairs and table provided for humans. Dog treats, clean tennis balls, and extra poop bags in Rubbermaid bin under the table.
