Large open area next to a horse stable. Lots of squirrels and birds to see. We do not have a wooden fence but we do have a barrier that my two Dobermans respect as well as my neighbors Great Danes. Gentle slopes and rock gardens give pups plenty to run around. It’s a serene little oasis close to New Haven for pups that need their own space to romp and play without the “space invaders “ at local dog parks. You are welcome to bring a blanket to sit on the lawn and watch your pups run and play. I will be updating to include a “ ball box” for “Chuck-It” fetch.
A beautiful step back in time on a property that transports you and your furry friend to an Adirondack setting. With cement benches, lilyponds, footpaths, huge trees and rolling hills. Built-in the late 1800s/1919s. The property will give you and your dog the privacy and exercise you are both looking for. For full transparency and your information; This property is fenced on 3 sides and has very thick bushes on the frontage road. If using the front field a watchful eye and or a well-trained dog is suggested. You visit and rent at your own risk. The driveways are not fenced or gated. The backfield area is the safest place to be if you don't have a well-trained dog on recall. We do have dogs that live here and will be inside and or in the fully enclosed and fenced area. If you would like a complete distraction-free experience please request our dogs to be housed before arriving and we can accommodate you and your fur family
