*******WARNING******* HUNTING SEASON BOW 10/1-11/14 RIFLE 11/15-12/7 PLEASE wear bright colors and have something on dogs! There are orange bandanas in Tupperware bin creekside. Bottomless Smells. 100 acre farm. Lots of space for your doggos and you to roam. It is a rustic magical place. Parking is far from the street down a gravel driveway. Safe for your pup and you to get out of the car. You can park anywhere. If you feel comfortable you can drive down to the lower field to get even further away from the road. I live down the street while I am fixing up the old house. So, there maybe someone at work in the house. Once you park, the best walking is down to the creek. Go to the lower field and look for the opening in the woods. 150yards from field is the creek. On a hot day, wear good creek shoes and walk up and down creek. If you cross the creek there is a great trail that circles around to the Powerline. Warnings: 1. there are lots of deer! 2. There are old barns. Do Not enter any of the buildings! They are very dangerous!!!! I have rescued reactive dogs. I want to create a safe space for your dogs and you to enjoy this great property.

Bark Park at Sycamore Park

The Bark Park at Sycamore Park is located at 790 Long Pond Rd, Mahopac, New York. It is a fully fenced enclosure with rules that must be followed for the safety and enjoyment of all visitors. The park is open from 8 a.m. to sunset and prohibits puppies under 4 months old, female dogs in heat, and unaltered males over 8 months. Dogs must be licensed, vaccinated, and leashed when entering/exiting the park. Only minimal barking is allowed, and aggressive dogs are prohibited. Fully fenced (split rail with 2”x3” wire paneling), approx 1/2 acre. 8 ft stock pond dog pool with steps in and out. Plenty of shade and sun. Parking right next to paddock for up to 4 cars. (Please note:dog pools are closed from mid October thru mid April). Please do not enter the human swimming pool area. Sniffspot is to the right. We do not have lighting in the spot so please adjust your visits to the seasonal daylight hours.

Big Dog's 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Shelton

FYI- The pool is now closed and expected to reopen Memorial Day weekend. Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy sniffing and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is uncovered and ready to swim for an additional charge (see below”Extras”). The fencing between the yard and pool is not 100% secure, just keep an eye on your pups. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot.
