The pool is large with a sun shelf for small and large dogs toys cool off. There are lounge chairs and outdoor furniture for humans and dog beds for the pups. The pool is independently enclosed so you control access to that area when entering. The pool is kept at 87 degrees. There are water stations and hoses for the pups in both the turf and pool areas. There is an outdoor fridge for the humans if they want to bring water or drinks and keep them cool. The entire yard is surrounded by a 6 foot wood privacy fence so your pups can run free without distractions. We hope you enjoy our oasis!

Alexa can be asked to play music outdoors as well. We have lights for evening visits too! Self-service hose with sprayer and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Please discourage excessive barking so as not to upset neighbors.

I do ask that you keep your vehicles off of the concrete area in front of the fence right next to the house. If the driveway is not available, pull into the front yard parallel to the road. Bring your dogs to rip and run! Explore the scents, try out some new toys, and get some sunshine with your best friend(s). There’s a big open field to play or train. There’s naturally shaded areas towards the back of the property to cool off and explore. Fresh water and toys are always available for the fur family. There’s a seating area provided for our human friends. Most of the field is grass and there’s some big sandy spots. There’s a private entrance to the field at the front of the property.
