We live on 57 acres with trails made throughout but will continue to make more in the spring. We want others and their dogs to be able to enjoy private trail walks as much as we do :) We keep the trailed groomed almost daily in the winter to make walking easier. PARKING: Please park your vehicle on the corner of the paved driveway until the ground is dry. LEASHES: Please leash your dogs until you are on the trail and when returning to the parking lot if they don’t have reliable recall. DOG POOP: Please use a stick to flick your dog’s poop out of sight and off the trail or put in a doggy bag. There is a compost bin by the garage you are welcome to put your doggy bags in. Beaverton Dog Trails

Attention: trails can be extremely icy this time of year & the river is not safe to cross during high waters especially in the spring. Welcome to Beaverton's Dog Trails! Please access the trails from Concession 6. Punch these coordinates into Google Maps: 44.4415942, -79.1065234. There is a SniffSpot Sign at the entrance. You may park in the private driveway. Rubber boots are recommended! At times the river will be high, and you may only have access to the first half of the trails. Cross the river at your own discretion. In the spring it will flood and you will not be able to cross. There are still plenty of trails to discover! Please pick up after your dog, there is a waste bin at the entrance. Please help yourself to a laminated map at the entrance and return after your walk. The map is posted throughout the trails with "you are here" symbols to help you navigate the trails. There is also bug spray in the cabinet at the trail entrance. If trails are blocked off with caution tape, they are temporarily closed. Enjoy your visit! Please do not park in the standing water. The Sniffspot area is located at the back of my property. Where there is a 6 foot tall fence so that dogs are secure even in the winter with a few feet of snow on the ground. I just recently set this up as family friends recommended I try it, so please be patient as I improve things to make it more guest friendly. Hope your four legged friends enjoy it as much as my dogs do.

It’s the 1st house on your left east of the 400 or 1st house on your right west of Jane. When u turn in the drive way follow it to the right and then slight left, you’ll see the house. U can park beside the barn and have an awesome walk, sniff all the things. Bring rain boots or shoes u don’t love lol It can get mucky on the trails at times. Also, there may be farmers out there so if your dog is reactive, maybe come on a weekend.
