This is a private residence with a very large backyard fenced in. We are set back from the road so once you are in our back yard it feels like you are 2 hours + north. In the summer we are often traveling with our children and dogs. We are blessed to have such a large piece of property in this area. Some amenities are available and we just added a small doggy pool for your pup to cool off (may not be large enough for big dogs). Our home is generally locked up but you are welcome to explore the yard and we have some heavily wooded trails and the very back of the property where often deer are seen that you may explore. Garden hose, electrical outlets and water dishes available on the backside of the house. We have 3 separate entry/exits along the gate. You are welcome to use any of them, just please close the gate upon leaving. Parking is open to the driveway or the yard. Be aware of a small shallow pond in the front yard. We do not use pesticides or fertilizers on the grass at all but we may use some in the flower beds only. Please clean up any dog messes and a trash can is provided. Feel free to enjoy the views, fire pit, and back deck. Thank you.

With just over 5,500 sq feet of fenced in area your dog will have plenty of room to run! We have many dog toys, a kiddie pool, agility equipment, sand/dirt area (for those who like to dig) and more! We are constantly adding new things and updating the area. We have chairs for you to sit back in and watch your dog! Please do not leave your dog unattended, let your dog jump on the fence or dig along the fence (digging is only permitted in the sand area) and please clean up after your pet. We hope you enjoy our little pet area 😊 The kiddie pool is out weather permitting. We try to empty it daily but often we don't get to if we have dog's boarding and multiple bookings because it leaves a muddy mess...we have found the dogs don't care if the water is fresh or not and parents would rather have dirty water versus a muddy yard ;) We do keep fresh drinking water out around the yard. We often have a seasonal photo shoot area set up. When we do, please do not let your dog(s) mess with the display. We want all guest to be able to enjoy this spot. You may take all the photos you want we just ask you to watch your dog so they are not destroying it and to share the photos with our page :) We do run a small boarding business on our property. If we have dogs at the time of your visit you will not see them. If they hear you and your dog they may bark so you may hear them but they will never be out of the building while you are here. If this is a concern you may reach out to me via messenger to see if we have any clients during the time you want to book. We have many days/times when we do not have anyone here. If you pup has a birthday/gotcha day we would be happy to set up a few decorations and leave a special treat for them. Just let us know ahead of time (at least 48 hours if possible) so we can have time to get everything ready for their special day!

The backyard is fully fenced in with an entrance on the left and right of the house. We recommend using the left gate entrance for ease with a pup in tow. There are 2 hose locations with full access to keep your dog hydrated or to cool off with. There is a small deck, cement slab, lots of grassy area, and a section of trees with a little trail for exploration. Small wildlife are very common. There’s a lot of landscaping and NO poison ivy. We have a restroom available as long as someone is home. You can use the outdoor trash cans (not marked recycling) for disposal. Our family is very friendly, feel free to say hi!

This is the Schmidt’s half acre privacy fenced in yard. We have two female GSD’s that will be INDOOR at all times when you bring your pet! I have raised cots with canopies over them meant for only two dogs large and Extra large. We have a small kiddie pool on the side of the porch with much running and playing space for your fur babies! We have tons of play things for kids as well so please bring them too! In the summer we will have a sprinkler and kiddie pool filled with water! We have a few good sized bowls outside with water in them at all times. Please bring your own poop bags! I do have a pooper scooper available for use. Your more than welcome to hang out on the porch in any of the chairs or tables we have out and water bottles will be provided if you become thirsty! Will also provide snacks for kids 5 and under! We have play houses, tree house and trampoline and little kid toys for the little ones! We have neighbors on each side & each have dogs of their own. If your dog is not dog reactive you shouldn’t have an issue! Or if your dog is like one of mine they just run the fence and bark. Which is ok! We want you to feel comfortable and free along with your beloved companion! At the back of my yard there is a gate you can go through which will lead you to acres of fields, creeks and trees! I suggest you keep your dog on a leash past my yard. You are responsible for your dogs health and well being! I only allow dogs that are UTD on their vaccinations! To prevent my dogs from contracting anything. PLEASE PICK UP YOUR DOGS FECAL MATTER AND DISPOSE OF IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Have fun!
