We have a beautiful 80 acre farm with loads of space for furry friends and their owners to enjoy the outdoors! ****EFFECTIVE APRIL 1**** Our back large field that leads to our wood walking trails- please remain to the right side following tire mark trail. It is hay growing season and need to commit to that trail. This will be in place until our hay cut at the end of the summer, early fall. *please fill in any holes your dog may dig. This has been an increasing issue on our property. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! This is a working farm! We have animals that need tending too, so you may hear us from time to time on equipment/ tending to our animals! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths. *****please take note for friends looking to use fenced in area-we have slats that need replacing****** This is on our spring repair list this year, so please use with caution. We also do sell our farm fresh, free range eggs, as an addition to our services, which you will find in the extras. You can add in with your reservation! We can’t wait for you all to visit! 68 acres and wooded trails and a large open field, located down a long privet driveway. Let your dogs run and play without the worries associated with a public park! We do have chickens, goats, and dogs on the property but they are either fenced in or in the house during your visit.

We have water on site in field, a poop station in the field and parking lot, bathroom on site and amazing views. We also provide some toys too! This is truly a dog’s paradise! 5 acres of woods to run free in, with a comfortable back porch to sit in peace with your dog. House is on a private road, with access to a private trail system. Avoid the crowds at Great Falls park - 10 minute walk/hike to the Potomac River! Or walk down the road and see the horses at the barn. Access to water from the spigot on the back of the house.

This field was once used for pony cart races. As such, there is .3 mile grass track for walking laps. There terrain in the center of the field is bowl shaped because it used to be an artificial lake. A beautiful creek borders the edge of the field. The depth varies, but most areas are only 1-4 feet deep. A lightly wooded area borders the opposite end from the entrance. Tucked away in the back corner is a little island accessible by a fallen tree.

We have a 30 acre tree farm located at the base of Sugarloaf Mt., away from roads, houses and people. Very secluded, with a 1/2 acre spring fed pond for swimming as well as groomed trails for sniffing, hiking and training. We are also a Lab Rescue foster family for young puppies and help train for their next fur-ever homes. Our place can also accommodate for upland and waterfowl training. We are as well associated with Buckeystown, Poolsville and Peachtree Veterinary hospitals.

Come hangout in Reptar's backyard. We have a fully-fenced backyard with private lake access for the dogs. Large dogs only please!

Our spot is 10 acres of open flat land with a large farm pond. It's perfect for dogs that love to swim, play long distance fetch, or just run in open space. We provide a large selection of toys, 30ft floating leash, extra poop bags, and a dedicated waste bin. There is also a dog wash station, towels, and a force dryer, so you won't have to take home a wet, dirty dog. --- Don't see a time available through the app? Members have member only hours, may book with only 18hr notice, and have priority for same day/last minute reservations.

Complete freedom to roam on 30 acres with a bonus that our land is surrounded by another 200+ acres of electric company owned land with no roads, no cars, no neighbors… just grass and forest. We have a Google Earth picture roughly showing the property lines and the driveway for you to use while exploring. We ask that you please stay out of the treeline to the right of the driveway as you drive up the hill It's the neighbor's property and it's marked by no trespassing signs. There is no house on the property. Just a camper and a shed. Park anywhere on the road or at the big circle at the top (near the farm office.) We have wifi near the brown shed at the top of the road. Your dogs will be tired after this trip, we promise. As of April 1st there are no animals or livestock on site except for a few bee hives on the property. Most often, the owner is not on site but may do some maintenance time to time. If you see him, he will wave hello… Rest assured he will not approach your dogs unless you approach him. We understand reactive dogs.

The Burton Family Farm is a family-owned, 49-acre farm. It’s open, clear land, with a 3 acre pond, a beautiful spot in Holly Corner. Someone is at home, on the property, 24 hours a day. Easy to get to, we are located right off route 17 & 5 miles from 95, right behind Stafford Lakes. My family has lived in Holly Corner since the 1800s, it is safe and quiet. Come enjoy the fresh air, beautiful view, relaxing farm with your dog or dogs!

Update for Former Guests: the stone house and yard are no longer part of our spot. ***See the last photo in our gallery for an overview map of the updated Sniffspot. Please park at the top of the hill by the large metal barn and walk down the hill to the pond. We are open occasional hours due to surveying and construction soon to be started. Please message me if you have a specific time you want to come out and I will open for you if possible! Dogs can run, swim, play and explore the 18 acres of fields above our farm pond. Seating, water and lots of parking. We are only 3 miles from the Baltimore Beltway, 12 miles from the Inner Harbor! We are adjacent to a local pick your own peaches, apples and berry farm.

Come out and let your dog play in a fully fenced secluded area of two acres! Lots of shade! We have a pool too, where you and your pup can enjoy swimming for an extra fee. There's woods to run in, a fun wood pile to dig through, chickens to bark at, and just fun to be had for all!! 1 acre, fenced front yard with option for pool use during the season. Feel free to use any balls and toys in the yard or on the porch. Enjoy a rest on the porch or picnic under the trees. I hope you’ll enjoy the quiet peaceful neighborhood and the mountain view. You may message me to invite our dogs to play! Nala is 30lbs and will be shy at first but loves to run and play with other dogs. Maisie is 50 lbs and energetic. Message me if your dog would like a playmate! There is a water spigot on the porch near the gate, and there should be a bowl on the porch as well (it’s not under/near the spigot it may have been moved by the wind. It should be nearby!) POOL USE DETAILS: Pool is available via the “Extras” menu. Be sure to read descriptions for each option and message me with questions. •I also use Swimply for human only pool rental- and I have kids who use the pool. Therefore, there may be times I’ll have to tell you your requested pool use time is not available even if the Sniffspot app shows availability, due to scheduling conflicts that I cannot synch without also blocking my front yard. •The pool is located in the backyard and is fully fenced but the back yard itself is unfenced and is not available for use. •Access the pool from the back walkway from the driveway near the garage. •Enjoy use of the floats and furniture for humans only. •There is a water bowl, a hose you may use, and a shedding brush available. •No bathroom available (though I allow towel dried kid in urgent need! Alesia's Dog Park is the perfect fenced-in spot to let your furry friend(s) burn off some energy whether they have the zoomies or just want to play a fun game of fetch. It's also ideal for doggie sun bathers and for those looking for a nice shady spot to keep cool. You'll find bottled water for yourself and clean water bowls that can be filled from the water hose. I also provide poop bags in several places along the fence line, a larger bag near the entrance to dispose of used doggie bags, doggie wipes, dog toys, and a doggie swimming pool in warmer weather. Cushioned chairs, paper towels and hand sanitizer are on hand for your comfort, cleanliness and convenience.

Come for our glorious sunrises on the creek and sunsets in the fields or just to enjoy the day exploring the fields and creek. The dog area starts past the broken black fence behind the house and goes down through the fields and into the woods. I would appreciate it if you would kindly please keep the dogs leashes and wait until you are past the broken fence to allow your dog to do any business. To get to the creek, go past the broken fence and keep going down the hill to the back tree line. I have included a map in the pictures. And then just keep walking; it’s about five minutes from the house to the trailhead. We have set out fluorescent yellow markers on the trees on the back tree line as you approach the trail. We also put up a blue sign that says “To The Creek” at the trail head. Once in the woods, walk down the steep hill and take the trail to the right at the bottom of the hill. You will see a red barn. That trail will take you out to a spot where your dog can splash around and I’ve cut a few trails to explore back there. Overall, it is fairly flat and dogs love to 𝙧𝙪𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮 for hours at a time not to mention all the great sniffing spots. There are open areas for dogs to stretch their legs and chase each other and flowers, shade and seating for their human companion(s). There is a 𝙢𝙖𝙣-𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢 (more detail below) in the back that depending on rainfall, may be running full or just at a trickle. It is ideal for your pup to explore and cool off in. The yard offers plenty of great 𝙥𝙝𝙤𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙩 opportunities to take tons of pictures throughout the various seasons. The yard is a 𝘾𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙒𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙃𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩®, we are trying to help nature where and when we can. The flower beds have been designed for local critters - birds, turtles, pollinators, etc so absolutely no killing of any bees, butterflies, spiders, turtles, snakes, birds or other wildlife you may find. It also means you will likely encounter gnats, mosquitos and possibly ticks - all great bird food but not so nice for us humans and our pups. So please be sure your pup is current on their preventatives. We do provide bug spray for you to use - just be sure to use in the lawn and not near any of the flower beds. In the summer months grass may get a little taller to help out the fireflies. If you can, take a cool pic to share - we'd love to see it. Do a photo safari. 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗦 & 𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦 - Typically set for 1 hour appointments and reserved for Members. If appointments remain available, I will open some time to non-members the Thu/Fri before. If you are interested in an appointment longer than 1 hour, please reach out and we'll see if we can accommodate. A membership could save you $2, $8, $24, $48 or more per month depending on the Membership package created. Plus, you can book up to 14 days ahead vs just 7 days for non-members and you get first choice on weekends and holidays. Memberships can be a bit confusing so please reach out if you have any questions - we'll do our best to answer them and help find the right package for you. 𝗦𝗡𝗜𝗙𝗙𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗦 - We don't offer expanded discounts but you will get the basic 10% discount if you are participating in the program. It can be used in conjunction with a Membership. Happy to answer any questions. 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗠 - CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. - This is a man-made stream that that typically runs in the warmer months and is initially filled with either city water or rainfall. That said, Mother Nature adds to it so we do recommend your pup have his/her 𝙇𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙤 vaccine. The stream is usually shutdown in the winter months and some water remains at the end to help support the frogs overwinter. Please do not allow digging or rough play in the stream - we want to keep it in good shape for all our guests to enjoy and avoid costly repairs. If it is important to your visit that the stream is running and at what level (full/trickle) please reach out to the Host to check its status. 𝗗𝗢𝗚 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗧 - Our site is set for a 4 dog limit. If you would like to bring additional dogs, please send a message. The request will be considered on a case by case basis. If you want a key date/time, I recommend securing it with a reservation for one dog and then updating the reservation once we have talked. Note, there are some spots at the bottom of the fence a small dog (cat size) might be able to get under - they are meant for our cats. If you are bringing a small dog, let me know and we can block the openings ahead of time. 𝗩𝗘𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗟𝗘 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗧- Maximum of 2 vehicles per reservation. If a 3rd vehicle will be brought, please select and add "Extra F - Extra Vehicle" to your reservation and send us a note so we can make sure there is sufficient space. 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗡 - Children under 18 are to be supervised at all times. Parents are responsible for any and all damages their child does. 𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗦 - Extras will change depending on the season. If you don't see something you might like, let us know and we'll be happy to consider it. This is my back yard. I have a friendly medium sized dog who should be able to play if you want. I work from home most days. The pool is open for humans and dogs. I ask that you not let your dog back in the pool if they are muddy. I also ask that you keep the gate closed at all times.
