I have 2 large rescue dogs and know how important it can be to find a safe space for them to run and play in that's off leash. Lots of room for zoomies, toys and the agility structure is a hit with all the dogs. There's reinforced lattice at the bottom of the fence so it's great for tiny dogs too! 100% private so there will be no other dogs in the backyard at the time of your visit; so perfect for reactive dogs to safely enjoy some zoomies and off-leash play! Reservations are always 100% Private; just you and your pup! You may hear my neighbours or neighborhood dogs, but once you're in the backyard, you won't see anyone :) Lot's of toys and activities for dogs including dog sprinkler and wading pool for hot days. Tons of comfy seating and huge deck with table for their humans to relax and watch them get their zoomies out! I volunteer and support a number of dog rescues and charities and all proceeds from my Sniffspot are donated back to them!

Fully Fenced but a small portion is wire fencing (used to be electric fencing but no charge in them now), so might not be appropriate for some small dogs who tend to escape. There is a picture showing that fencing. ☀️ On those hotter days, take advantage of our mostly shaded trails… or if you just need that extra adventure. Follow the beautiful manicured trail that wraps around our fields. Ten minutes will get you to the opening of our picturesque gully trail. Gully… so yes that means a hill… but it is gradual. The scenery and the sounds of nature make it so worthwhile. And if your dog loves water, there is the stream to cool off in. 💦 For best trail stay on same side of bridge. (Don’t cross over) ENJOY! 😊

***IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** Conveniently located between London and Woodstock, near Ingersoll and Thamesford, this indoor arena is the perfect place to let your dogs romp! The arena is 8450sq ft of sand, fully fenced and located on a horse farm. There is a separate entrance near the parking lot for easy arrival and great for dogs who do not like to see other animals/people. Reactive dogs can be accommodated and are welcome - we know they need play time too! Pooper scooper/pitchfork and trash can are provided, please clean up after yourself and your dog. We ask that you do not let them excessively dig in the footing - a rake has been provided if needed. There may be jumps, large balls and dog toys in the arena which you are welcome to use. Dogs must be on leash when entering and exiting and at all times when outside of the arena. **During the summer months the large arena door is open for airflow, it is gated and most large dogs can not sneak out. If you have a small dog or an escape artist please feel free to pull it closed. Alternatively let us know before your arrival and we can close it for your visit.**

My backyard is great for dog trainers and their clients, puppy socialization to new areas, reactive dogs needing a safe, secure space, and those that just want a good off-leash romp with some activities. The ambient sounds and sights are good socialization and distraction training tools - traffic, delivery trucks, people coming and going from neighbouring houses and the laneway. The space's photos are updated with the seasons, so you know what to expect. In the summer, a kiddie pool is filled with fresh water daily. Toys and training equipment will be added in the future.

A big, bush-like backyard against the edge of the escarpment, adjacent to both a Bruce trail access point and a city park with courts and a playground for a combined use, a spot with something for everyone! Note that people with dogs walk along the east side of the lot when accessing the Bruce Trail. A small dog name Jack lives along the west fenceline, he is occasionally out for a pee. Access through double gates at the side of the house, yard is fenced in with extra fencing along the bottom edge at key points. Family-friendly so please be sure to poop and scoop. Garbage and scooper are provided near the entry gate. Plenty of seating areas to choose from scattered across the yard!

We do plenty of business with other dog businesses but we cannot do that here on this platform** Because we’re not as secluded as other Sniffspots, if your dog is constantly reactive, or aggressive and you're not looking to train or improve their behavior, then this may not be the right spot for you. But if you’re ready to work on things, even just a little, we’d love to support you. We have training bolt ons you can add to your booking for training or learning to swim. Then your booking switch from Area 2/3 to Area 1, 5 or 6. If you want to book Area 3 or 2 in addition to your pool spot (area 1, 5 or 6), please create a new booking without any extra marked so you can then enjoy pool time plus off leash area 2 or 3 to dry off. We have Multiple areas available for rent (privately between you and your friends) ranging in square footage. Area 1 (5,460 sq ft) is a competition spec Dock Diving pool area, great for dogs who are confident swimmers and divers. Area 2 (3,150 sq ft) is great for small dogs and hosts some agility equipment. Area 3 (11,913 sq ft) is great for medium and large dogs. Area 5 is our inground pool which is heated and great for dogs and humans. Area 6 is our freshwater filtered splash pond, great for dogs to learn how to swim. Lastly we have a members only dog park (33,706 sq ft). You and your dog have to pass a recall/body language test to make sure everyone is safe, combined with security cameras our dog park really takes it to a new level of fun and safety. Area 1 - $30/half hour & $45 for 1 hour Area 2 & Area 3 - $10/half hour & $15 for 1 hour. Area 5 - $25/half hour & $40 for 1 hour Area 6 - $20/half hour & $33 for 1 hour. Area 2, and 3 (Dry areas) include up to 3 dogs. Pool areas (1, 5 and 6) include up to 2 dogs. Please select that additional dog extra if bringing more than the specified dogs. Must have 1 adult per 3 dogs. Training bolt on - add an award winning trainer to your booking - $60 for 30 minutes

***Charges are in USD*** We at BHS understand that letting your dog run and play is so important! But some dogs aren't suitable for dog parks or social areas. Our private, fully fenced half acre yard is the perfect place to let your (reactive or otherwise) dog just be a dog and get some freedom! Please check in at the front desk to get the key to the yard, and clean up after yourself. There are water bowls in the yard, but please bring your own water. There are trees providing shady areas throughout the day. If bringing back the key when we are not open, please put it in the Mailbox, located beside our Front Doors. When we are open, our receptionists will gladly take the key back from you! All the fees go directly to the animals in our case, and we are a registered charity and no-kill shelter. Our back yard is lots of fun for both dogs and humans! We have lots of shade and sun, a doggy bed, dog toys and treats, and lounge chairs for humans. If you have kids, they’re welcome too. Our two little girls love to meet new dogs, but also can stay inside if your dog is shy. We have drinks, a washroom, parking, and anything else you need for a comfy play date. We welcome dogs of all shapes and sizes! With 15+ years of animal experience, I recognize the importance for safety and exercise for our best friends! I lost my loyal best friend of 18 years in 2024. This is my ode to him and the importance of a place to run, sniff, play, and just be a dog! Upon arrival there will be a welcome box waiting for you with a leash, poo bags, toys, water dish, treats, and a water hose and towel for use during your visit! There is plenty of shade and a table and chairs for your leisure. You will find a metal trash can at the gate for your poo bags and any other trash you may have. We look forward to welcoming you and your furry companion, and hope you’ll visit again soon!
