Wow! This was just my first visit to this spot, but not my last. There was so much to see and sniff and poke around in. I have a couple of dogs that can’t handle regular walks too well and this place just let them be dogs. Thank you for sharing your property.

Lovely property with interesting piles of metal - it would be a dream for a paint ball war! My dogs enjoyed exploring trails, chasing bunnies, and wading in the brook. Would definitely return when I’m back in the area! Ticks abound, like most rural outdoor areas, so prevention for your pups and you is advised!

Dogs had a great time! We will definitely go back but will book for two hours instead of one. We mostly bushwhacked ....this was our first time and I was unsure of the boundaries so don't think that we made full use of the property. Someone previously mentioned that David had given them a map so I was assuming we would receive one as well. I'll be sure to get more detailed info next time. David was great about staying in touch before we arrived. The property that we roamed was varied and interesting. Great experience!

Very nice spot! Lots of exploring can be done by your dogs! It was very private, we heard a couple dogs in the distance but nothing too close. Was told he will soon have an agility course and we are excited to come back and use it!

I don't think I can add much from my first comment. This was our second trip to David's sniffspot, and our pups had a blast! It's a perfect spot to take your well trained pups on an awesome off leash adventure, or to bring a pup in training! Lots of natural distractions and stimuli, with the knowledge of knowing your the only ones there! Will definitely continue to use this spot!

Beautiful piece of land. My German Shepherd loves the water so the water features were a big hit! I felt like we only explored a tiny piece of the property so we will definitely be back 👍

Lots of trails to explore and spots to sniff. We were there for 2 hours and probably still could’ve explored more!

We are absolutely obsessed with David’s property. This is such a peaceful location to unwind with your pups, there is plenty of land for them to roam off leash and different spots go swimming in if they get hot. My only regret is that I didn’t book for more time ! Looking forward to our next trip back

Really peaceful spot! My dog and I both had a wonderful time. The trails are easy to follow and there’s plenty of space for off-leash running! Would definitely visit again

We recommend David’s property tenfold! With 2 GSP’s - no amount play ever feels like enough - and will two sleeping pups on the ride home, we will definitely be going back! The property is beautiful, quiet, secluded - and makes you feel like you stepped into a whole other world away from busy, chaotic day to day life. I cannot say enough great things about David and his property, give it a shot for yourself!

Dogs love it. I let them off leash a bit after walking through the “gate” and they just ran and ran. Had the best time. Trails are wide enough to fit a vehicle which was nice.

This is a great spot for bushwhacking in light woods, which my dogs LOVE to do! (I’d suggest that humans wear boots at this site.). There are open areas around the house as well for games. I faintly heard some dogs inside at one point when we got very close to the house but neither of my 2 reactive dogs responded to this and we never saw any dogs. There are beautifully maintained trails and a stream and waterfall in the adjacent Joshua Trust property. If you see yellow blazes on the trail you are off the Sniffspot property and on public land. I didn’t see anyone on the public trails but if you’re concerned about meeting someone on a trail just stay off the yellow-blazed areas. Saw some small wildlife and some coyote scat. Dogs were in olfactory heaven!

Really lovely property! My dog loved sniffing in the fields and around the pond, even though he didn't feel like getting in the water this time. He was nearly falling asleep on the way home, which is always a good thing. Would definitely come back here!

Beautiful yard to walk the doggo. My boy was tired 30 mins in. Very welcoming family. Thanks a bunch!

Great space. My boys love to swim so to be able to swim without worrying about other dogs to distract them is a treat. They were exhausted after 45 mins! Thank so much for sharing your land.

We drove up to the large clearing in the back and the dogs had a blast sniffing around all the deer tracks and running around the rock piles. Looking forward to going back.
