Over time, we’ve realized that maintaining the pool and property has become much more time-consuming than we ever anticipated. Because of that, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our calendar to future bookings while we honor all visits that have already been reserved. Sollie's Place: Private Parking! Pool, Agility, & Digging!

We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! Do agility, jump in the pool, dig some holes, and just generally create chaos. If you know for sure that you won't use the pool, send me a message. I might be open-minded to a discount. 😊 Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just 2 jumps and weave poles. Feel free to move it around. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. The tunnel finally gave up in 2025. It tried so hard, but the sun ☀️ was too much. RIP blue tunnel. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) FENCING: The interior divider fence was destroyed when a tree fell in a storm. We're still dealing with insurance. Those old fence panels are now being used to block off an Oleander bush while we remove it. Oleander is very common in Arizona, but it's toxic so we've chosen to remove it. Very small dogs may be able to fit through this interior fence. The main fence is still secure, and small dog approved! VACCINATIONS: Please double check that your doggie is up to date! 🐶💕 The parvovirus vaccine in particular is super important. The virus can survive in the soil for a year, which would not be fun!

Half Acre Property with a huge fenced yard! I've rented the yard on a different site for 2 years. Pool is included in price if you’d like to use it with your pup. Pool bathroom is on the west side of the house and is marked. I'd say half of the bookings are people wanting to use the yard for large dog social gatherings. There is a sitting area under an oak tree and plenty of room for running around and playing with your dog or multiple dogs. We've had "Corgi" parties with 20 small dogs running around having fun. My centrally located Prescott home is truly a dog's dream come true! I invite you and your furry family members to come on over for a good roll in the grass (that means humans too...go ahead, roll in it - it feels good)! Happy to fire up the sprinklers if it will make your dog happy! In the summer months, my fruit trees are off the hook and you will find fruit everywhere...both on the trees, and on the ground. Please pick to your hearts desire! My dogs spend their days getting their daily dose of fiber. If you're concerned about your pets eating apricots, pears, or apples, please check with me before reserving. A sensory garden and a variety of tactile surfaces including grass, dirt, wood chips, turf, and pavers add new experiences to every corner. Wooden wind chimes provide gentle, calming sounds throughout the yard, and shaded areas and a pesticide-free environment make it a safe and comfortable space. Dog Enrichment Zone

Dog enrichment games available, as an add on, with homemade liver treats (oats, eggs, chicken liver). The zone is a great setting for the find it game. Water for dogs and poop bags available. There is a sitting area and the zone is lit up at night.
