Owners dogs will be inside during your reserved times. Occasionally the train goes by. Backyard has two sections that are gated off but you can open gate. Please close this gate and main entrance gate prior to leaving the property.

Covered porch area in back with seating. Will have hand sanitizer and bug spray available. Poop bags will be available as well - please clean up after your dogs and throw bags away in garbage bin (by front gate of the house). Agility tunnel is available to use, may or may not be placed out already - if not it will be on the back porch. Dog toys will be available on the porch as well in a little bin. Outdoor kids play house will be available to use, but the trampoline is OFF LIMITS. please do not use the trampoline. Please do not allow dogs to dig. Dog wash station is free to use. Hose will be located on the side by the trampoline, the faucet to turn it on is in front of the house by the front door (there is a hose splitter - make sure the one to the back yard is switched on also). 6ft privacy fence, well maintained yards. For the humans if you’d like use of your amenities such as the fire pit, grill, outdoor games and restroom there will be a $50 fee. If you don’t pickup after your dog there is a $25 fee. You may see myself or cleaners inside the home but you have full private use of the backyard.

Good size yard, have 2 dogs friendly with others with updated shots and fixed. Work from home. They get bored. Few hrs a day would help them and me.
