12.5 acres. No fence. Good for dog and people swimming! They can free if they are off leash trained! There is a wide open space up front or if you choose to go around the back of the house there is a sand beach that is shallow at the sand area. Ask all guests to come and leave during your time slot. I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas. Garbage by our barn see photos. Check parking info. Lots of room for running around, digging space, explore and have fun! I do have a fire pit in the middle of the yard and a patio deck for dog owners to sit and relax. I don't have much playing toys, but I have plenty of sticks and a ball that can be bitten and thrown. Don't worry, I can buy more toys or you can supply your dog's own favorite toys. I don't have any dog's. There are neighborhood dogs in their respective homes that may bark, but don't worry they can't jump over their fence or anything from their owners homes. If you would like little humans to play with dogs just let me know, if not the space will be yours alone. You can park in front of the house or in the driveway.
