Sniffspot's private dog parks are the best way to exercise your dog. We have the best variety and the best priced dog parks anywhere!
Perfect spot for your favorite furry friend to put that nose to use! From the deer walking around at night, to the squirrels and birds during the day. This spot offers a wide variety of smells and plenty of trees to smell and pee on! This spot is big enough to go off leash even if the gate isn’t up yet, unless your dog is known for darting of course! Every dog that has visited thus far hasn’t had any issues running around off leash! The front yard has enough trees for shade but spaced out enough to throw a ball or frisbee! The backyard has an open space that’s righty next to a heavily wooded spot with trails! There’s a shop in the back, but it will remained closed while we have guests! There is a water hose for filling bowls, and soon we will have little “water stations” added.
Let you and your pups be free!! Visit our 218 acres for a leash free day! Enjoy the natural nature setting in the Big Brush Creek Cove. Think of it as renting out a state park for the day! Enjoy the sound of water the moment you park. Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge on one side and turn to the right on the natural trails for a mountain nature trail hike / walk. Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean creek. Take a break so you and your pup can enjoy pure relaxation. Inquire about camping over night if you love it to much to leave. We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do.
One acre fully fenced. Water available in a clean bucket for every visit and seating for pet parents to relax on. Off street parking available.

This 140-acre escape at Plentiful Hill Farm is great for dogs and their humans who value outdoor adventures together. Miles of marked hiking trails, woods and open pasture, a seasonal creek, and getting away from it all while still being close enough...all reserved just for you during your visit! We're honored to host families, friend groups, and hiking buddies who want to enjoy the peacefulness, beauty, and freedom found in adventuring with their pups on private rural land. (**It is up to the dog owner to keep themselves and their dogs on OUR property and not venture into a neighbor's area.**) Towels, water dish, hammock, table and chairs, and trail maps are available at the Welcome Station. A primitive outhouse is available for visitor use and is a little walk from the Welcome Station. Offering Sniffspot allows our family a unique opportunity to share our beautiful property with others. We are very cognizant of the rapid subdividing and development of rural land in Middle Tennessee, and we are hoping to continue offering our property as a peaceful escape to enjoy the beauty of the area. Thanks for your support towards this goal! :) 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦 We are proud of our wild homeplace and love sharing its beauty and peacefulness with others! This property has been in our family since the early 1800s, and in fact, our children are the 8th generation to live in our old farmhouse. :) The portion of the property for our dog guests and their people is 140 acres of beautiful woods and spacious open fields less than an hour from Nashville. This part of the property has several cedar glades, marked hiking trails, karst topography, a seasonal creek, a variety of wildlife, and several benches (one converts to a picnic table) available for guests. We’ve developed and are continually maintaining trails across our property. Some of the trails are wide and open and give you great access to the beautiful pastures. Other trails are narrow and twist through the unendingly interesting woods. All trails have names and are identified with signs and posted maps. The woods trails are also marked with flags and ribbons to help you stay on track. The terrain varies from flat and open to hilly and wooded. If you need the fresh air, chance to recharge, and time to explore as much as your pup, this is the place for you! Our property is unfenced, and there are some neighbor homes near the property lines. It is essential that your dogs stay close to you and don’t bother anything outside our property. Plentiful Hill is a wild place. We aim to make it accessible and enjoyable to visitors, but we ultimately submit to the inescapable power, beauty, and essence of nature. Please anticipate and prepare for normal outdoor issues including bug bites, snake encounters, and severe weather. We work hard to keep paths mowed/accessible during the growing months, but bug spray (with Deet is the most effective) and tick checks are necessary to ensure you and your pups stay happy and healthy. :) ***Because this property has been a farm for more than 200 years, you may find some old implements, trash, and wire fencing left over from all those years ago. Staying on the trails while in the woods is advised. Also, you may hear the occasional gunshot from neighboring properties. That is common down in the country, especially during hunting season from Nov through Jan, and it can be startling. There is no shooting/hunting on our property.*** The Town of Chapel Hill is 10 minutes away and has several Dollar Generals, a small grocery store, several restaurants, a laundry mat, and a few boutique shops...enough to cover any essential needs you have while out visiting this way! We’re less than 30 minutes from Spring Hill and Lewisburg, less than 40 minutes from Franklin, Columbia, and Murfreesboro, and, surprisingly, less than 50 minutes from downtown Nashville. These are difficult times for a lot of folks, and we want our property to be a safe and inviting place for people of all backgrounds and their pets. It's important to us that people of color, those in the LGBTQ+ community, and anyone else who might sometimes feel unwelcomed in outdoor spaces feel especially comfortable and accepted while visiting our place.

Off the beaten path, this spot is great for pups who need a large fenced playland to run and sniff and explore…and for the people who love them. :) Your reservation time includes private use of 5 fenced acres with rolling hills, seasonal views, sun and shade, a variety of natural landscaping, seating, and unlimited opportunities for exciting smells! Finding our tucked-away location, understanding how to access our spot, and following the “poop rules” of our spot require careful reading of (and diligence in following) directions. **DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS** for these are provided after your booking. We have high expectations that our guests will be good partners in keeping our spot a comfortable and safe place to relax for our next visitors. :) 𝐓𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: 𝟏) This Sniffspot is an off-road adventure! You will be driving on a dirt/gravel path, will park on grass/dirt, and may cross the small creek by foot. Conditions get muddy and access changes during wet weather, so please be prepared to follow posted signage. 𝟐) Access to the property requires unlatching and opening a drive-through gate. 𝟑) Access to the fenced Sniffspot requires parking before a small creek crossing and walking leashed dog over creek and about 500 feet along mowed path OR driving across the creek and parking by Sniffspot gated entrance. The choice is left to visitor discretion, but it is STRONGLY recommended that low-clearance vehicles (sedans, vans, etc) do NOT drive over the creek. They are unlikely to approach you as you enter the spot but may bark from a distance. No dogs aside from visiting dogs will be in the fenced-in spot. Dog barking is audible and dogs are visible while in the spot. 𝟓) There is a marked “creek spot” outside the fenced Sniffspot gate. Feel free to explore this small portion of the seasonal creek with your leashed pup during your reservation! 𝟔) It’s always recommended to walk the perimeter of the fence with your dog leashed when you arrive to ensure no fencing issues. 𝟕) POOP RULES: 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗢𝗪𝗡 𝗣𝗢𝗢𝗣 𝗕𝗔𝗚𝗦, 𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬 𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗗. We are interested in reducing the landfill footprint of pup visitors, so our poop disposal method is nontraditional but easy. (a) Preferred if possible: If dogs poop OUTSIDE the fenced spot in the tall grass, no pickup required! (b) If dogs poop INSIDE the fenced spot, use the provided pooper scoopers to toss poop over the fencelines or in the tumblers, 𝐎𝐑 use the 100% compostable green poop bags located in dispensers in the spot to toss poop in the provided compost tumblers. (c) 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗢𝗪𝗡 𝗣𝗢𝗢𝗣 𝗕𝗔𝗚𝗦, 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬 𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗗. 𝟖) Cushioned seating and hammocks are for people only, please. 𝟗) No children under age 7 are allowed without prior approval. Please message with request. 𝟏𝟎) There are some old farm implements half-buried in the ground in a brushy area. Not for playing or climbing on or near. Shade!!! Bring your pups to the country! We have crossed fenced part of our field for the dogs to enjoy! The space is mostly open with some large trees sprinkled throughout. The perimeter makes a great walking loop that you and your dog can both enjoy! There are wood piles, rock piles, groundhog holes, and other typical country stuff (right now there are a bunch of fallen trees piled up) This is a field and not our back yard. We hope your pups will enjoy the wide open space to run as much as ours do!
Flat yard with Adirondack seating/bench for conversations. Full acre flat yard for puppies to run around. Please be advise that our fence is not private, so you will occasionally find either neighbors and or loose animals within the vicinity. Any comments and or concerns, please let me know. We will do our best to make this experience a positive one for both you and your puppies.
A sweet little trail for you and your pup
Our 1.5 acre yard comes with a private swimming hole for your pup! Our spot on Overall creek has water year round and offers fun for you and your pet. Come relax by the creek while your pup plays!
Its a open 2 acres of land. With plenty of running space
This is a gorgeous area that you can let your dog roam and play! Though the lot is fully fenced it’s fenced with cow fencing, so if your dog is going to be trying to escape it may not be the best spot for you. Though the fencing is a deterrent it will not keep in a determined dog! Here you can use the agility course and peaceful nature to enjoy all that Tennessee has to offer!
We offer an affordable fun time for your pet while traveling. We offer our space to folks who don't have the ability to let their pets be free for a while.
All dogs welcome. You may be asked to leash your dog if your dog is unsafe. Otherwise, be off leash and have fun!
Come and let your fur babies play
Give your fur baby a chance to run free more than enough space to burn off some energy.

We have just over 27 acre's of land. About 25 of those is raw woodland. Meaning there are no trails currently cut into it, there will be down trees from nature, brush, vines, and everything else that goes with being in the woods. The area around the house is mowed, we have a small grove of fruit trees, some blueberry bushes, and blackberries when they are in season. We also have a firepit toward the back of the property you are welcome to use. Our property is currently unfenced by us. Out property is a great area for your working animals to help train and hone in on there skills. Please let us know if you require something additional to help your visit be as productive as you would like.
