The 8.4 acres has several ATV trails that make hiking easy for you and your four legged friends. If you decide to go off trail it is wooded but not heavily. There is also a large open area of just grass that give several stream access points. There are several picnic tables and large roofed area with seating and power. There are also several spigots to fill up water bottles and water bowls. Some bowls are provided and cleaned after each use if you would like to use.

Big Dog's Backyard- 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Shelton

FYI- The pool is now closed and expected to reopen Memorial Day weekend. Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy sniffing and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is uncovered and ready to swim for an additional charge (see below”Extras”). The fencing between the yard and pool is not 100% secure, just keep an eye on your pups. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot.

Groverland

Please note - the pool is closed for the winter! We will open it back up when the weather gets friendlier! Groverland is a 2 acre fenced yard so you and your furry friend(s) have plenty of room to roam. Please be sure the gate latches when you come in. We have toys in a bin on the steps to the deck. Feel free to use them, but please put them back when you are done. There are poop bags and wet wipes on the toy station as well. The poop bucket is next to the gate you came in. Water dishes will be on the pavers between the pool and the house. Use of the pool is an add on, so please be sure to mark that when you make your reservations. We will provide towels, pool toys, and life jackets for your use. Please hang the towels and life jackets on the fence when you have completed your visit. We do ask that you keep barking to a minimum. I have grumpy neighbors who disapprove of the Spot :) We are open from 10am - 4pm, but will sometimes make exceptions, so feel free to ask. Handschuhmacher Lake: 3 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Branford

Fetch and swim forest

At the entrance is a 5.5 foot 1 acre closed off cattle fenced area. The fence is tall and heavy duty and separate from the swimming area. The fencing is all of our It front and side yard. The back yard is the forest and swimming area. Still all private from any other dogs or people. Straight ahead from where you park with the fenced area entrance on your left, will lead you down a small mossy old boat launch/trail. Once you reach the bottom you will be on a peninsula and surrounded by the Quinebaug river on 3/4 sides. The fourth side is the steep cliff that leads up to our to the edge of the fenced area. It is not fenced but nearly impossible for your dog to get out unless they are a very competitive swimmer or rock climber. Or they run up the small trail you came through. I hope you enjoy the space for your time as much as we do.

Ideal for dogs who like to romp in the woods! Property includes streams, wetlands, hills, and clearings. Contact in advance for specific trails permissible to access and other rules, including where to park. Property is posted No Hunting but we still recommend wearing orange during hunting season for safety. Note that the trails are mapped (map provided when you reserve and when you arrive) but they are not flagged/marked; if you and/or your pup(s) are not comfortable in the woods, this might not be the Sniffspot for you!

Welcome to a peaceful, private 1.2 acre open yard in West Hartford. And a 25ft *12 ft indoor playing space for winter and rainy days. Perfect for dogs who love space to run, sniff, and explore. This spot is quiet, secluded, and away from busy roads, with no visible neighbors or other dogs, making it ideal for reactive, shy, or high-energy pups. We have a super friendly and playful one year old Aussie, if your dog likes a playmate, he is always willing to go out to run together. If not, he will be in our office with us. While the yard is 2 sides fenced, and one side is woods, the other side is brook, the large acreage, calm surroundings, and low distraction environment allow dogs to enjoy freedom in a safe, stress free setting. Owners are welcome to bring multiple dogs plenty of room for everyone to play comfortably. I have poop bags, scooper pooper, water, chairs, shade, lights. We have plenty parking space as well.
