Facebook video for property description! https://www.facebook.com/reel/857593750109937 This is a very quiet place on a country road where your dogs can be off leash and free to explore nature. The full four acres are surrounded by a 5 foot fence and there is a small creek running through the property. There is a wide spot in the creek that is easily the most popular spot for our canine visitors! In the summer, though, the creek dries up until the fall rains come. You can always message us to find out if there is water in the creek before your visit. There are larger fields and open areas for your dogs to practice their retrieving, and there are many paths in the woods for hiking. The beginning of each path is marked with quartz stones to show you the way. You will also find several benches scattered throughout the property so that you can take a load off while your dogs run and play. When it rains the property can be quite wet in some areas, so bring boots and a towel to clean off your muddy (but happy!) dog. There is a full competition size agility field within the four acres. The agility equipment is completely fenced in and will be accessible only to those who have had at least one formal beginner's agility class. This is to keep you and your dog safe and to prevent misuse of the equipment. Please message the host when you book the spot and before your first visit to discuss your agility experience if you are wanting to access the equipment. **I would really like for your first visit to be on a weekend or a Tuesday (my day off) so that I can meet with you to show you some details about the property and discuss parking. After the first visit, book whenever you want! If you absolutely cannot make it these days for your first visit, we can work something out. 🙂

The one plus acre field is the area where the dogs would play/run, there are also woods they can go into, they also have access to a pond about 3/4 acre, but this would need to be discussed at first visit so you take a look and see if it is acceptable. The whole area is fenced. Five acres in total. We do have five dogs, but they would be in the house when you are visiting with your dogs, you may hear them bark, but would not see them, a separate entrance to the field is available. No traffic near by.

We have a 2 acre property, which includes approximately a half acre fenced area, a 1 acre unfenced area, and a separately fenced inground pool area. Only dogs are allowed in the swimming pool (unless you're actively helping or playing with them). Two creeks outline our property and dogs are welcome anywhere on the property. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! If you're using the unfenced portion of the yard, dogs must be on leash. We have dogs of our own, but we will keep them secure in the house when you're using the property so you'll have the whole yard and pool to yourself. Dogs must remain on-leash until inside the off-leash area, and owners must keep their dog under voice control. Groups are welcome...so reserve a friend or two! We do limit cars to 2 per reservation or with advanced notice more are allowed. Also, speed limit on our long gravel drive is 10 MPH. We have a water spigot inside dog lot near steps. Please DO NOT use the water spigot in the open field near edge of driveway (handle will not cut off water supply!) No bowls provided due to sanitation so please bring a water bowl. Our property is over 0.2 miles from any public road. Enjoy the quiet country setting and have fun!
