12,000 square foot fully equipped agility field
First time guests use code FIRSTTIMER10 for a $10 discount! Returning renters can use code TRAINYERDOG for a discount too 😉 To access the agility field: Please follow the driveway straight back past the detached garage on the right hand side. You can park on the road or in the grass along the fence line to the field. Please do NOT walk your dog in the unfenced area! Ensure your dog is securely leashed before exiting your car, and walk them directly into the field. Ensure the gate is secured behind you before letting your dog off leash! Please ensure they are safely secured again before exiting the field and returning to your car! *This spot is first and foremost an agility field! There is equipment setup as seen in the photos pretty much all the time. You do not need to be an agility whiz to rent- if you are looking for a quiet, safely enclosed space to let your dog have some off leash time, you are more than welcome here! But do note that it is not a wide open space meant for free running. If your dog has never done agility, do not force them onto any obstacle. Reward them for investigating things, but best not let them have a bad time or get hurt bailing off of a higher obstacle if they are at all unsure. Please do NOT change the height of any jumps unless you know how to do so CORRECTLY! Do not attempt to move or change the height of any tunnels, the teeter, weave poles, or larger obstacles. And please no humans (children included) on or inside of ANY of the obstacles! They are not meant to bear the weight of a human, and they are expensive to replace if damaged. AKC Regulation a-frame, teeter, dogwalk, and jumps from Max200. MAD Agility channel weaves. Tunnels from Clean Run. Keep your dogs leashed for safety when entering/exiting the agility field as the rest of the property is not fenced. It is low tech back there. There is no electricity or running water. Gates are secured with bungees for now until permanent posts & latches are installed. Please bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, proper footwear, etc. The pine trees provide lovely shade, but they do also provide pinecones and twigs. Give the space a once over to ensure you & your dog can run safely! Clean up after your dogs please! Stay safe, have fun, and happy sniffing 🐽

Maureen's 0.5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Pepperell
Welcome to my private, fully fenced large yard where your dog can safely run, sniff and relax with no other dogs present. This space is designed for peaceful, one-on-one time for just you and your pup. Open 1/2 acre with no trees so plenty of space for your pups to run and do zoomies and get some great exercise. Secure area with 6’ high fencing. The area is not connected to our home so it gives you private time with your dogs. All visits must be booked at least 1 hour in advance through Sniffspot for each day and time-no drop-ins or recurring standing visits. This helps keep the schedule fair and ensures every guest has a reserved, private experience. 🌾 Sniffspot Update: I’m excited to share a new little touch of barnyard magic — Hat of the Month has officially arrived! Each month, you’ll find a few featured hats at the Hat Station and Photo Spot for your pup to try on and enjoy. It’s just a fun way to make your visit a little more memorable. Please share your photos with me too. This month’s hat: crazy hats 🎩 Let your dog strike a pose, and snap a cute photo during your visit. Help yourself, have fun, and as always — Come sniff, stay awhile, and capture the country dog magic. We are located right off of 119 in Pepperell. Please pull down my driveway and park as far right at the turn so that driveway doesn’t get blocked. My mastiffs will be in the house or in their fenced area off the house but may possibly see you and you may hear them barking or howling but they are just jealous you are out in their barnyard having fun 😊. Come on over and hope you have a great time.

Winding Brook Farm: 15 Acre Partially Fenced Private Dog Park 💕 Every Visit Helps Rescue Animals 💕
Hi! I’m Joanne, and this is my dog Nifty’s favorite place in the world—so I thought I’d share it with other wonderful dogs and their people. We have 15 private acres with woods, open fields, and river access, and it’s been such a gift for my dog to have a safe space to run freely. I know not every dog thrives at dog parks, so I wanted to create a peaceful alternative. This space is especially loved by dogs who need a little extra room or prefer a quieter environment. The property is fenced along the two “long sides” which encourages your dog to stay nearby but with lots of roaming space. The fence is NOT fully secure. Please see the section about fencing. Near the cabin, there’s a cozy seating area where you can relax under the trees while your dog enjoys the space. We’re so happy to share this space with you and your pup! It’s meant to feel simple, calm, and restorative. 🐾 A Space That Gives Back This Sniffspot was created not just for dogs to enjoy, but to make a difference. Net proceeds are donated to animal-focused charities supporting rescue, care, and second chances. When you book here, your pup isn’t just getting a great place to run—you’re also helping other animals find a better life. ❤️
