Welcome to Greek Lake Acres! We are located in Stephens City and we have 23 acres in total. About 5 acres are open grassy fields with an acre sized pond for swimming in the middle, surrounded by wooded complete with a few trails. Feel free to message me after booking for directions- GPS can sometimes try to take you through Lake Fredrick and you can NOT get to us from there. The lake is "swim at your own risk" as we do not have a life guard on duty. The water edge slopes so you can come out with ease. There is NO FISHING permitted in the pond. Again, there is no lifeguard on duty, dogs swim at the responsibility/risk of their owner Picnic tables are available near the waters edge and also in the trees next to the pond for shade. On the picnic table we have some floating toys for retrieving and also some sanitary bags if you need any. We are pesticide and fertilizer free, so please make sure you have tick/flea preventative because ticks love the woods! We are not fenced in, so recall is very important. The neighbors do have dogs, some wander so friendliness is important. We have chickens to live in their coop, who will remain safe in their coop during your visit. The property does have an abundance of wild life, including but not limited to deer, turkey, geese, ducks, squirrels and fox, but they do not stay around humans or dogs. There is a hose to wash off and drink from. (On the house next to the camper) Parking is on the lake side driveway near the green sign (see photos) Please note we are often outside enjoying our property as well. If you look at the photos, we typically stay in the “red X” area. If we have guests, our dogs are secured in the house. We can’t wait to see you!

Private land, mowed regularly. I maintain these grounds daily and it’s generally poop free. There is also unfenced open space for use. feel free to walk the property line. This field was once used for pony cart races. As such, there is .3 mile grass track for walking laps. There terrain in the center of the field is bowl shaped because it used to be an artificial lake. A beautiful creek borders the edge of the field. The depth varies, but most areas are only 1-4 feet deep. A lightly wooded area borders the opposite end from the entrance. Tucked away in the back corner is a little island accessible by a fallen tree.

Park by the cones coming down the drive way they will be in your right. 1.5-2 acres unfenced. You can see other dogs and farm animals through woods and property backs to a fence of another property. Please stay within the marks in the field.

Our place is a vibe! Come outside and play! We can fetch , dig , run, sunbathe or lay under your favorite tree. Cat & Dog friendly

Waterfront property at lake anna with plenty of lounge chairs at the beach. There is parking at the first entrance inside the fence line. Do not park in the main driveway. There is also a water hose outside the house at the main entrance walkway. The beach is my private beach and the two story dock as well and over half acre of grass for dogs to run around. There is one fence alongside the far side of the property and park inside the fence line inside the property. I only have one neighbor that sits up close to the road on the opposite side of the beach and dock and is a great area for dogs to run around and play or jump off dock or swim at the beach. You must bring your own pick up bags and take with you and please bring a dog bowl for water as well. They may not roam off the property. I do not allow pit bulls on the property due to insurance.

Beautiful two acre lot in the heart of Great Falls, VA. A welcoming place for you and your pups to run wild and feel the wind in their face! The property is fenced in, with the ability to close the gate when dogs are within the park. Parking available in the grass @ the front of lot. Our spot is 10 acres of open flat land with a large farm pond. It's perfect for dogs that love to swim, play long distance fetch, or just run in open space. We provide a large selection of toys, 30ft floating leash, extra poop bags, and a dedicated waste bin. There is a water spigot on the porch near the gate, and there should be a bowl on the porch as well (it’s not under/near the spigot it may have been moved by the wind. It should be nearby!) POOL USE DETAILS: Pool is available via the “Extras” menu. Be sure to read descriptions for each option and message me with questions. •I also use Swimply for human only pool rental- and I have kids who use the pool. Therefore, there may be times I’ll have to tell you your requested pool use time is not available even if the Sniffspot app shows availability, due to scheduling conflicts that I cannot synch without also blocking my front yard. •The pool is located in the backyard and is fully fenced but the back yard itself is unfenced and is not available for use. •Access the pool from the back walkway from the driveway near the garage. •Enjoy use of the floats and furniture for humans only. •There is a water bowl, a hose you may use, and a shedding brush available. •No bathroom available (though I allow towel dried kid in urgent need! Animal Friends' Pampered Paws is your pet's country home away from home and perfectly situated on acres of scenic farmland in Bealeton VA. We offer a fun stimulating environment where your pets can run in the sun, nap in the shade, play with friends and splash in the pool within our spacious indoor and outdoor daycare spaces. We have group play and private field rental as well.

Our 11 acre farm is 1/3 mile down an easement off of a quiet road. We have about 2 acres fenced in as a yard for the pups, and also to keep the cows in their pastures. Entrance to the yard is through a gate next to the driveway near the garage. Appointments only please so that we confirm and can put our friendly pups away - unless you would like playtime, and we are sure the dogs get along. We ask that only fully vaccinated and healthy dogs (not recovering or suffering from a transmittable illness) visit our property, as it’s our home.

Come for our glorious sunrises on the creek and sunsets in the fields or just to enjoy the day exploring the fields and creek. The dog area starts past the broken black fence behind the house and goes down through the fields and into the woods. I would appreciate it if you would kindly please keep the dogs leashes and wait until you are past the broken fence to allow your dog to do any business. To get to the creek, go past the broken fence and keep going down the hill to the back tree line. I have included a map in the pictures. And then just keep walking; it’s about five minutes from the house to the trailhead. We have set out fluorescent yellow markers on the trees on the back tree line as you approach the trail. We also put up a blue sign that says “To The Creek” at the trail head. Once in the woods, walk down the steep hill and take the trail to the right at the bottom of the hill. You will see a red barn. That trail will take you out to a spot where your dog can splash around and I’ve cut a few trails to explore back there. We are located just minutes from Interstate Rt. 66 and 81. If your dog needs a potty break and to run we are a hop skip and a jump away! There are two personal reasons why I wanted to try out the Sniff Spot area for dogs to run. The first is because I am passionate about animals and I want to make a difference in some way. Secondly, my daughter who lived in a townhouse at the time, adopted a hound mix and she was so miserable living in a space where she could not be free to run, sniff and dig as hounds are bred to do. I am hoping to use the money to grow the Sniff Spot and then donate some to a non-profit.

Hi! My name is Kelsey and we just moved to the area about a month ago. We have 4.5 acres available to let your furry friends run around to their hearts content. I do have two dogs of my own, but they will be inside for the duration of your time here. We have a water bucket on the back patio, chairs to sit and relax while your dog runs around, and a few dog toys.

Fenced area ( Chicken wire & Metal post) beside a forest creek. Large running area for pups. Table with 4 chairs for pup parents to sit and relax while their pups have fun. Doggy bags, toys, bug spray, sunscreen, trash can, dog treats, dog bowls & water is provided. You will have the entire place to yourself during the length of your visit. There are 2 other dogs on property but they will remain indoors during the length of your stay. You may bring music, food, drinks but please make sure all trash makes it into the provided trash can. Please also use the provided dog poop bags to pick up any poop before you leave. Please keep dogs on leash anytime they are outside of the fenced in area. There are stray cats in the area that neighbors take care of and we don't want anything to happen to them if a dog goes after them. We are also on a main road and don't want any pups going out on the road. You may park in the driveway. Have Fun :)
