Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. **We will be closing our sniffspot at the end of the month as we will be moving July 1st. It is very bittersweet as this has been one of the most fun adventures I've ever had! The response has been amazing and I hope to come back and do this again someday! I've limited the swims but feel free to message me to see if I can squeeze your pup/pups in for one last swim. If you need more than an hour, please message me. I offer 1/2-hour blocks between swims to clean the pool. We live on a 6-acre property, of which about 2 acres b/w the front yard and backyard are fully fenced in. In the privacy fenced backyard, we have an in-ground pool that is dog friendly from May-late Oct. Oct-May the front & back yards are available for lots of room to run! We live out in East Parker, and it feels like out in the country. We have 2 dogs of our own. 1 is a black lab and 1 a mutt. Owning labs for over 20 years, is how we became passionate about opening our pool to other dogs who love to swim! We do keep our pups securely in the house or sometimes leave the house if requested. Also feel free to send messages about off hours as we may approve them if given enough notice. Note: I leave at least 30 minutes between bookings to assure there are no run ins. This would be so greatly appreciated! • No digging, please! We want to keep the yard in great shape for all visitors. • Supervise your dog at all times. This ensures safety for your pet and respect for the space. • We typically leave a fresh bowl of water out for our doggie guests. If you happen to see the water bowl is not filled up, it’s because we weren’t home during your booking time to fill fresh water. You have full permission to access the hose to fill the water bowl with fresh water. • Treat the space with care. This is our family’s yard, and we’re happy to share it with respectful guests! Mountain Paradise

Take a lovely walk in the woods with your dog, let them sniff and enjoy nature. Three acres of forest, fully fenced for your enjoyment. This is not the average suburban development -- this is more like hiking in the National Forest. Lots of squirrels to chase, sniffs to enjoy and hills to run up and down. You won't have any issues with dogs or people on adjacent properties! This property is surrounded by National Forest and unfenced/unused private property. In addition, you have another acre for agility, complete with jumps, tunnels, dog walk, a-frame, teeter, etc. All high end equipment. The running surface is flat & covered with wood chips. The course is changed every Monday morning. Course maps are in the box hanging on the entrance gate. The wood chips are all from local trees, so no worries about added chemicals, etc. Several seating areas are provided, along with a picnic table.

This beautiful half acre has a fantastic, unobstructed view of the foothills and Long's Peak. Sunsets are stunning from the Dog Park. There are some Russian Olive Trees on the South side of the Park that provide wonderful shade, as well as a cottonwood near the North side, providing even more shade. This is an unobstructed, fully fenced pasture where dogs can roam freely. Water is provided at the water pump.

Hummingbird Trails - 15 Acres of private trails in Conifer, CO

Visit our enchanted forest in the mountains! Update June 2026 - We are winding down our Sniffspot as we are transitioning to a wildlife refuge and hummingbird sanctuary as our hummingbirds have returned for the season! Thank you to all for visiting us and reach out if you’d like more information about visiting the hummingbird sanctuary. ** ** ** If there is snow, you’ll need a 4x4 vehicle for the roads and driveway. The stream is running off and on so be sure to bring some dog towels for wet paws. Our trails - We have 15 acres of trails (2 miles of different trail loops) running through the property, including a narrow seasonal stream that runs in the spring. We use the trails for dog walking, hiking, and mountain biking. May-September we have tons of hummingbirds zipping through the property. The trails are considered intermediate: easy in parts, and intermediate in parts, with uneven Colorado rocky terrain. The trails wind up and down the side of a mountain and empty into the forest and the meadows. There are inclines and declines. This property is not for everyone - it’s very natural. The trails are in great condition and it beautiful, but there is a wild element to it similar to any park in the area. WINTER: We try to keep the trails available in the winter for snowy hikes - you'll need a 4x4 vehicle for roads and driveway. The sun can warm the snowy trails up quickly so we suggest bringing a towel for snowy days. The meadow has a couple of icy spots where the snow doesn’t melt as quickly, but you can easily walk around these areas on the trail. Free amenities available for guest use: - WiFi - Walking/hiking poles - Air horn for guest safety - Dog waste bags and trash can - Fenced in area near parking spot - Picnic table and benches in doggy play areas. - Rock outcroppings great for climbing and photo opportunities - Seasonal stream at the bottom of the mountain trails, with natural springs flowing out of the mountain all year round.
