Hi! I’m Joanne, and this is my dog Nifty’s favorite place in the world—so I thought I’d share it. We have 15 private acres with woods, open fields, and river access, and it’s been such a gift for my dog to have a safe space to run freely. I know not every dog thrives at dog parks, so I wanted to create a peaceful alternative. This space is especially loved by dogs who need a little extra room or prefer a quieter environment. Near the cabin, there’s a cozy seating area where you can relax under the trees while your dog enjoys the space. We’re so happy to share this space with you and your pup! It’s meant to feel simple, calm, and restorative—for both of you.

*******WARNING******* HUNTING SEASON BOW 10/1-11/14 RIFLE 11/15-12/7 PLEASE wear bright colors and have something on dogs! There are orange bandanas in Tupperware bin creekside. Bottomless Smells. 100 acre farm. Lots of space for your doggos and you to roam. It is a rustic magical place. Parking is far from the street down a gravel driveway. Safe for your pup and you to get out of the car. You can park anywhere. If you feel comfortable you can drive down to the lower field to get even further away from the road. I live down the street while I am fixing up the old house. So, there maybe someone at work in the house. Once you park, the best walking is down to the creek. Go to the lower field and look for the opening in the woods. 150yards from field is the creek. On a hot day, wear good creek shoes and walk up and down creek. If you cross the creek there is a great trail that circles around to the Powerline. Warnings: 1. there are lots of deer! 2. There are old barns. Do Not enter any of the buildings! They are very dangerous!!!! I have rescued reactive dogs. I want to create a safe space for your dogs and you to enjoy this great property.

Lots of toys to play with and extra towels, wipes, bubbles and doggie poop bags available just in case. Hose is off for the winter season so please bring water for the pups. We have 4 acres fenced in with hills and a very small pond. We have a large deck to sit on while the dogs run. There is a lake across from us that we have access to if your dog is dog friendly. Our yard is mowed with short grass. We own 3 dogs that are available to play with or can we kept inside for reactive dogs. This is our Shanghai La. :)

Agawam Dog Park

The Agawam Dog Park in Massachusetts is fully fenced and open from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. It has specific rules in place including leashing dogs when entering and leaving, keeping dogs within owner's view at all times, and cleaning up after them. Children under 8 are not allowed in the park area and young people under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Only 3 dogs per adult are allowed, and smoking, beverages, human food, and dog treats are prohibited.
