Groomed pasture. There are a few obstacle on the field and a ball launcher. Perimeter Fence is 5’. The spot is tucked back from roads. It’s private and quiet. We have trees for shade and two tubs of water available.
This is a completely fenced-in property with plenty of room for your fur babies to run and play while you relax under one of the 5 shade trees on site, or just lay out a picnic in the grass. The kids are also not left out, there is an on site petting zoo where your kiddos can meet with the goats, ducks, and chickens on site and have plenty of room to enjoy themselves. If you are looking for a quite, relaxing, spot then there is none better. See you soon.
It’s that time of year! Produce stand is set up outside the gate with locally grown (around the block) produce. Honor jar at stand. Thank you for supporting local/small businesses ****Non Members: Please visit the extra’s section to add on the wpool at an additional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. Thinking of becoming a member? Members receive pool access at no additional charge To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

Zoomies: a high-speed, reckless, frantic, exhilarating, and completely unstoppable run. An outward showcase of inner happiness. In my role as a Rover sitter, I regularly care for dogs seeking heightened mental and physical engagement in contrast to the confines of apartment life. To address this, I've curated a secluded, shaded area in my backyard exclusively for you and your furry friend to unleash energy with minimal distractions from approaching dogs Understanding that dogs thrive when their innate needs are met, I've tailored the space accordingly. For sight hounds, there's a flirt pole to satisfy their urge to chase. Border collies can indulge their herding instincts with a dedicated herding ball, while scent hounds can engage in nose work with scattered treats across the area ( your own, or mine for additional charge) Consider this space your dog's personal playground, where they can exert themselves fully before returning to your apartment, assured of a restful night's sleep. Our collection of toys includes a flirt pole, bungee tethered tree tug, frisbee, Chuck It fetch arms, herding ball, and herding egg, with the exciting addition of a Swift Paws Course lure coming soon! For your convenience, we've arranged several amenities for your own comfort: - A dedicated 💩 bag station and trash can ensure cleanliness. You'll have access via a smart padlock for easy entry. Enjoy your favorite tunes with our Bluetooth speaker. - Keep your leash handy with our leash hanger. - Stay connected with WiFi access via QR code. - Relax in seating for two while your furry friend plays. - Convenient parking is available onsite. Please note that we have two dogs of our own, but they will be safely inside or fenced off on their side of the yard during your visit, ensuring a peaceful environment for you and your companion.
We have 5 acres of land that is fully enclosed with a fence. Roughly 1.5 acres - 2 acres is cleared land, perfect for running and activity. The remainder is forested. We reside next to a nature preserve, so wild animal encounters can occur. We have seen bears, coyotes, and snakes. Most of these occur in the morning time. The fence up front has some larger holes that a small dog could get through, but this is far away from the primary area located in the back. There are plants toxic to dogs around the house, so it is probably best to remain in the open areas.
4 acre mini farm. Currently no horses in residence. 3 large fully fenced pastures with large oak trees for your dogs to run and enjoy. Plenty of room to park. Entrance gate requires code to open. Once you make your reservation you will receive the code. Notes on the gate - If it doesn't open fully when you enter the code - typically that means you didn't press the keys firmly or you hesitated too long between pressing the 4 digits. If it doesn't open fully - please count to five before entering the code a second time. Whatever you do, don't start punching the code quickly over and over - that is a sure way to guarantee it will not open correctly. Exiting through the gate: There is a sensor for when you exit - just keep driving at 5 - 7 mph towards the gate and don't pause until you see it start to open. People make the mistake of stopping when they have only partially passed the sensor. If you made it all the way to the gate and it didn't open you were likely hesitating or didn't drive fast enough. In any case back up at least 20 feet (think 5 car lengths) wait 10 seconds for the gate to reset itself before driving towards it again to exit.
80% shaded, fully fenced area on a gate guarded property in rural Clermont. Water troughs filled daily. When you tire of throwing the tennis balls (provided), bring a coffee or book and relax in the outdoor living room. This covered spot has seating for four adults, board games, and peace and quiet.

We have a half acre with plenty of seating and shade, toys, fresh water, and a trash for waste. Our salt water pool is large and heated to 85+ on days that are under 80 degrees. The pool is cleaned between visits and is tested regularly to maintain peak water quality. Humans are allowed to swim with their dogs but please abide by the pool rules. Humans are welcome to swim along their dog, however- there is not an on-site bathroom for use so please come prepared! Please note that the inflatable slide is not for guest or dog use. Our spot in conveniently located within walking distance from downtown Dade City. There are many pet friendly places in town. Let your dog off-leash and allow them to run around the open pasture on our 7 acre farm. Make yourself comfortable in our zero-gravity chairs under a huge oak tree while Fido chases balls, frisbees, etc. and runs off his energy. Enjoy the scenic lake views and relaxing atmosphere away from city noise. This spot may not work for dogs that tend to take off and not heed commands as there are sections of the cattle fencing that does not include mesh and does have gaps. Also, plenty of room for trainers wanting to set up agility courses.

Make your reservation now! Fully fenced in large backyard for your dog(s) to run around and play in. This spot is perfect for any dog, but especially for reactive dogs that aren't able to run free or be around other dogs or people. When my dog Pepper was alive, I couldn't take him to public parks without him having to be muzzled and tethered to a very short leash. Pepper was a mix of Chow, Siberian Husky, German Shepherd, and Wolf. Unfortunately, he was not able to be socialized. But he enjoyed his backyard, and now I'm offering Pepper's Backyard to other dogs like Pepper and for every dog to run free, play, and be happy off leash. For an additional fee of $10 per dog per visit, your dog(s) can cool off in Pepper's saltwater pool. **Please sign up for the pool under "Extras" *** Dog(s) must be accompanied by a human while they are in the pool and use a water vest or floatie if needed (not provided by Host) and Dog(s) and Human(s) must be able to swim in up to 6 feet of water. You are visiting our home where my family and I live. Please be respectful of our home and clean up any mess before you exit our property. There is a broom on the patio you can use. No drugs or alcohol is to be brought to or consumed at Pepper's Backyard per Sniffspot's Guest rules. Please pick up your dog(s) poop. If you don't have dog poop bags, there will be some provided for you on the patio table. Please place used soiled dog toys and towels in the laundry basket located on the patio so they can be cleaned and sanitized for the next guest. You are required to use caution and care when swimming. There is to be no diving into the pool. There are no lifeguards on duty. You, your dog(s), and any guest you bring agree that you are swimming at your own risk and assume all liability for yourself, your dog(s), and anyone you bring with you. Prior to your visit, you are required to inform Host thru the Sniffspot app of all humans and dogs you are bringing to PEPPER'S BACKYARD. Please be careful not to throw balls or frisbees over the fence and do not take any toys home with you. They are the property of Pepper's Backyard. An inventory of all toys is taken before and after each Guest visit. Missing, damaged or lost toys will be charged to you at $10 per item, and you will be expected to pay for it before the end of your visit either by Cash, CashApp, or Zelle. Please supervise your dog(s) and do not allow them to dig holes in our yard. There is a kiddie pool filled with sand in the far right corner of the yard, and that is the only place your dog(s) are allowed to dig. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IN ENTIRETY BEFORE BOOKING: This property is 1.7 acres total, but has approximately 1.5 acres of usable space for dog recreation. __________ Description The front yard is mostly shaded and grassy. The north yard has been planted in native plant species--please do not allow dogs to dig in this area or tear up the delicate native plants as it has taken a lot of time, money, and energy to semi-restore this area for native wildlife and pollinators. Its a great area for sniffing, running, and playing games of "ball search." There is a garden on the SW side of the property that is not fenced off from the rest of the yard, and a large mulched area behind it. Please keep dogs out of the garden beds, but running through the mulched area behind it is fine. _______ Wildlife There is a gopher tortoise burrow along the fenceline near the mulched area. Gopher tortoises are a state threatened species. It is a crime to disturb this state protected species, and dogs are one of the biggest threats to their populations. If ANY disturbance is found near the gopher tortoise burrow, the host WILL contact the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and pursue appropriate venues to press charges. KEEP DOGS AWAY FROM THE GOPHER TORTOISE AND ITS BURROW. The host of this property does not allow any harassment of native wildlife (with the exception of gray squirrels*) including moles, pocket gophers, snakes, and the resident gopher tortoise. *Chasing gray squirrels is alright, as they have become a nuisance to the solar panels and roof.* No venomous snakes have been seen on the property for at least 2 years, when the current owners bought the home, but the host recommends staying away from the mostly unused blue shed in the backyard, next to which there is wood piled, as this makes good escape cover for snakes, though none have been seen in this area yet. _________________________ Dog Wash and Training Area The chainlink fenced area behind the house is a training and wash area. There is some agility equipment laying in the porch and an area of rocks where you can bathe your dog. There is a hose and usually soap on the windowsill. A water station is also available in this area, though you may have to turn on the faucet. _________________ Dog Poop Cleanup A poop scoop is available in the dog wash area and a small, white poop trash bin is next to it. If the bin is full, or poop is far from this small cleanup station, use poop bags instead. Poop bags are available in the black, diamond-shaped dispenser to the left of the garage. Please place used poop bags in the large black trash bin by the gate on your way out. Other than that, enjoy your time here! You can find more pictures of the property @TheSalvagedSandhill on Instagram.
