Dogs love it here and never want to leave! There is a large open space nestled between the foothills just outside of the noise of town. The lake is not too deep, and it's perfect for teaching your dog how to swim. It is a bit muddy, so bring a towel for your car ride home. Picnic tables and chairs available. Bring a picnic lunch and have a unique and private experience! There is a clean composting toilet on site, as well.

Located at 8200 feet in the Colorado mountains in Bellevue, beautiful Mountain views, post, Cameron Peak, fire area, recovering trees, and flora, big enough area to take long walk with your pet!

We are located on the Reservoir Ridge trail head, where dogs have to be leashed. We find after a walk on the trail your furry friends like a little run in our enclosed area off leash. We welcome trainers and and dog sitters.

Convenient location on the frontage road of E Mulberry St near I-25. Let your pups stretch their legs with the large fenced yard. Relax on the chairs provided. Waste bags are provided. Bring your own water bowl and water, toys, and anything else your dog or dogs might enjoy! A few notes. If your dog or dogs are super reactive to loud noise, other people, or other animals, this may not be the best location for them, the area is business/industrial and near a major road. It is possible that the smallest of dogs, diggers, and jumpers may find ways through the fence, please inspect the fence before letting your pups loose. For mornings and evenings during the summer months, you may want to consider wearing longer clothes and bringing bug spray for mosquitos.

Big beautiful back yard unique to downtown Fort Collins. Great for playing fetch or just swinging in the hammock while your dog explores. Enjoy a wood burning fire on chilly days or nights. Feel free to use the grill and have an outside dinner with your dog and friends under the string of lights and stars. Top it all off with s’mores, (if you bring them). Your imagination is the only limit here. Note some areas of the yard are a work in progress, the low price reflects this. The price will increase as we complete our projects so enjoy the low price while it lasts. We would love to host a big get together or doggy Birthday party with all your doggie friends and human friends. It’s a simple field with a couple obstacles for agility. Fence is secure and field is private and in a quiet neighborhood! Fresh water is available from the spout by the garage (to the right of the garage door). Poo bags/garbage in the field for your use as needed. Hello! Our fence is about 3 1/2 feet tall and has mesh between the slats to fully enclose the yard. We back to open space and there are no neighbor dogs so your reactive pup should be comfortable. Come take a sniff!

45 beautiful acres to roam! Easy access less than a mile off I-25 in south Loveland. This property is not fenced in, so your pup must be obedient for safety reasons :) Feel free to park anywhere in the driveway (just please don’t block the garage). My land boundary includes up to the white fence to the North, to route 402 on the South, and up to the private road on the West side of the property. I particularly love the evening hours here; sunsets can be stunning! Depending where you are on the property, you will be treated with views of the foothills and Long’s peak! Organic herb & lavender farm with fenced in pasture for your dog. Only 1.3 miles North of Longmont but you will feel like you are miles away. Enjoy the unobstructed views of Longs and Meeker Peaks while your dog runs like it was meant to do. The entire property is 10 acres and the sniffspot area is 6.5 acres. Also have smaller enclosures that can be used for training or new dog intros. You may see us working in our lavender fields while you are here. There had been a few horses and cows in the pasture before but they are gone now. Consider booking for half an hour on hot summer days. Feel free to bring a beverage and a picnic blanket and watch the sunset behind the mountains (book the slot that ends at 8:30 to watch the sunset).

Hike around a Ponderosa Pine and Juniper forest on 12 acres of sloped hillside on a mile long trail and stop to have a picnic. Phone service is spotty. 4mi Private Dirt road up to the house. Cat on property and will be kept indoors. Message for any questions!

When you drive into the driveway, you will enter through the wooden fence on the right. The yard spans all the way around the garage into a large open area for playing fetch. There is a water hose immediately to your right as you enter next to the back door to fill bowls. There are several toys in the yard one dog bed that can be thrown around as well. Our yellow labs truly enjoy the large open space. Safe and fully fenced!

Welcome to our farmhouse Sniffspot! Your dog is sure to enjoy our shady, fully fenced, private yard. We also offer dog parties, with access to the picnic table and BBQ grill for the humans.

Fencing is horse fencing. Might not contain your dog. Good place to chase ball, run, and play.

Fully fenced, 48” pvc fence (see photos) with wire attached to prevent escape. A small pool for drinking/soaking (water will be changed between dogs). Room to run! The grass natural prairie type grass with some weeds. I do pull all thorny type weeds so there should be no sticker burs, goat heads or foxtails. I have two dogs that I will keep inside during your visit.

4' fully fenced space. We have just over half an acre for your big or small dogs to run and play while you enjoy the beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains. NEW THIS SUMMER: hose added to our space for fresh, cool water. Bring your own splash pad or pet pool to keep your dogs cool.

Johnstown is a great location in Northern Colorado. Just 3 miles east of I-25. We have the first Buc-ee’s location in Colorado at exit #252 and I-25. Enjoy the views of the front range or a beautiful Colorado sunset while your dog is able to run and play.

We live on an 8 acre farm. We have several fully fenced 1/4-1/2 acre spots for dogs and owners to play with great views to the west of horsetooth rock to the north and longs peak and mount meeker to the south. Off street parking on the farm! And water bowl provided in each space.

First 3 dogs are eligible for Sniffspot discounted rate. For dog parities of 4 or more each additional dog must be booked as an “extra”.

We have a lot of weekend times blocked off while we work to get a handle on the gopher and vole infestation. Hope to have more times avalbile after we make some headway. Sorry for the inconvenience, About 4 acres of fenced pasture just northeast of Cheyenne. Plenty of room to run, play fetch or just sniff around. There are hills, grass and trees to investigate and it's a secure area where you can let your dog stretch their legs and not worry about the unknowns of the dog park.

We are redoing the outside fencing so the way to get in for now is kind of weird, sorry! You move the black trash can, move the fencing like a door, and go thru. We have a poop scoop and a bucket outside for clean up. There is a huge double water bowl outside for water. We also have some fetch toys! There are cameras all around the property and 4 people live here, so feel free to ask questions if you have any!

**CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS THROUGH SUMMER 2024** As of 4/9/23, we are closing our spot through Summer of 2024 so that we can do some major landscaping and building projects in our background, as well as let our grass re-grow. We are super bummed to have to close down for this period of time, but we are super excited to re-open with a MUCH improved space for both dogs and owners alike. We are so excited to welcome you to our spot :) When we purchased this property, we were thrilled that it would offer our two labs more opportunity to run and play and now we can’t wait to share it with you! Our fully-fenced 0.25 acre yard offers the ideal space for your pups to get some exercise, train, or just have fun. The property is currently a mix of grass, dirt, rocks, and sticks! When it’s not snowy, we have two outdoor seating areas, one shaded and one in the sun on our deck. For those snowy/rainy days, we have covered seating under the overhang of our shop. Our spot offers a private road entrance, private parking, and a private gate into our yard so you can come and go at your convenience. The entrance gate currently has ~7-8 inch gaps between the rails, so very small dogs could squeeze through. Fresh water, toys, and a trash can will be provided, and I work from home so I am available if you need anything. We live in a very quiet neighborhood, but our neighbor’s older golden retriever is occasionally outside, as are folks out walking their dogs. We can’t wait to host you, and look forward to hearing your feedback as new hosts! .

Upland habitat not wooded east of Fort Collins about 20 minutes, good visibility great area for upland training or a nice stroll on the path. We also host equine activity but schedule it separately.
