We are excited to provide an off leash play space for your furry bestie. **Winter alert: Other than a path from the driveway, the Sniffspot area is not shoveled and can be VERY icy and/or snow covered!! Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. The Sniffspot area is in a quiet residential, wooded area. There is a sportsman's club a ways down the road, and if there is an event, occasionally, the range can be audible. Most dogs have been completely unbothered by it. Last minute reservations are ok, but please understand, with minimal notice, we may not have the opportunity to completely refresh the play space. Please utilize the message option for questions and updates.

Welcome to my private, fully fenced large yard where your dog can safely run, sniff, and relax with no other dogs present. The fenced area is approximately 5,000 sq ft and offers plenty of room for sniffing, exploring, and play. Just outside the fence, you’ll find our brook, which guests are welcome to enjoy with leashed dogs—it’s a great spot for pups who love water! What’s included: * 4 ft tall fenced yard * Chairs + picnic table for relaxing * Water bowls * Dog toys * Poop scooper * Off-street parking (driveway) Important fencing notes (please read): The fencing is basic 4 ft wire fencing.
