Welcome to Flemington! Bring your four legged friends to our quiet street located in a cull-de-sac. The pool is ready for those that love to swim and you can either sit in our outdoor seating area, under an umbrella or out in the rays. There is a good mix of sun and shade in the fenced in area. The dog(s) are welcome to swim in the pool and one adult is allowed to swim too. No children under the age of 18 are allowed in the pool. Any additional adults who wish to swim will be charged an extra fee. The pool is chlorine, and I have a garden hose so you can rinse your dog(s) off before and after swimming. We will give you and your pups privacy and won’t be in the SniffSpot during your time. however, we do live here, so you may hear kids or see a person over the fence. This place is a sanctuary for me, and I hope you and yours enjoy it as well.

This is a private home, the bookings are allowing me to recover from this new fence for my greyhound mix. Please be respectful and do not let your dog urinate on the house, deck, deck stairs, etc. This is a beautiful location against the Great Swamp, and I’d like to share it with other four-legged friends. We just moved from nyc to have a yard, so I understand the importance of off-leash freedom! There is a small trash can at end of the carport (near back steps) for potty bags. Please pick up after your dog. We may be home, but we will not bother you. We are located on a dead end, and it is typically very quiet and peaceful here. You are welcome to park in our driveway. This is a safe space for all! ♥️ You will be able to use our driveway. Pull all the way into the driveway and take your dog from your car, directly into the fenced in yard. Theyard is about 3500 to 4000 ft.² around the side of the yard is an area with a table and chairs also a small screened in porch that you are welcome to use with your pup! I will make sure that there is a dog bowl and bags for picking up poop available for you. Trash cans are right as soon as you park! If your dog is not reactive, or if you are working on reactivity, there is gate that exits out through the other side of our yard and you enter the Wissahickon Trail, you are more than welcome to walk the public trail with your leashed dog! My husband built a small rock trail to guide you into the main trail. Also, the patio and chairs are a great spot for people who are working from home.
