Lil Campbell River Farms Private Dog Park and Forest In South Surrey

1 Acre fully fenced grassy area Dog Park with covered seating area to enjoy your coffee. No sprays or pesticides used on grass. Long stretch for ball launching and getting out the zoomies. Another 12 acres of walking over a bridge of the Lil Campbell River into an incredibly lush forest. The forest is not all fenced. Once over the bridge, it is the dog owner discretion of whether your dog is off leash or leashed. It is a private forest so it is rare to see other dogs and people, but wildlife is always a possibility. Please keep your dog on a leash from the parking area to the dog park area and also from the dog park to bridge for a walk through the trails in the forest.

Enjoy a peaceful five-acre unfenced dog park with a mix of short grass, grassy meadow, and lightly wooded area for dogs to explore. There’s plenty of room to sniff, roam, and play, whether your pup loves open space or shaded paths. Because the space is unfenced, it’s best for dogs with reliable recall or those kept on a long leash. Please clean up after your dog and help keep the meadow and woods beautiful for everyone. As this is raw land, you may prefer to wear closed-toe shoes, especially as we enter the rainy season.

Peaceful mini-retreat with field & woods

Fully/securely fenced 20 acre spot with a hay field & orchard in the front. The back is forested with maintained trails throughout. Features include a stock tank pool + a wading pool, covered picnic tables in the field & woods, portapotty, drinking water station, balls/toys etc - see amenities for more details. Outdoor hose and rinse station provided, bring your own towels. Reservations are available up to 30 days in advance. Some days fill fast but plans can change & bookings get modified/canceled (2+hrs beforehand) - check back for an opening if interested. 📢 PROPERTY UPDATE Our primary Superior Acres field and forest area are temporarily closed while we complete substantial maintenance and improvements. During this time, all bookings will take place at Sniffspot Field 2, our private fenced play area with river access and plenty of space for dogs to run and explore. When you arrive, please follow the posted Sniffspot signs directing you to Field 2. As always, every booking is completely private, giving you and your dogs exclusive use of the area during your reserved time. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out anytime. Please be aware rate is in US dollars. We are a boutique high end K9 Training Centre/boarding kennel. Our expansive outdoor run and additional lawn are often unused and available for periods during the day while our few guests are enjoying indoor play time or out on a guided hike. This prompted us to offer limited by the hour use of our amenities to the public. Jason's 24 Acre Fully&partaily Fenced Private Dog Park In Blaine

Hi, we have a couple different spots for your furry friend to play and get some energy out! The first spot is right by the entrance to the property and is a fully fenced like 1 acre. Add this word you’re more likely to be able to hear and possibly even see another dog. But still private and comfortable and very easy to get to  The next spot is out in the back it’s about 20 acres is partially fenced with two horses roaming around The last one is past that area to the forest line and is a private trail that cuts through to the very back where it touches meets up with three other properties and opens up into about a two acre stretch of field with the culvert in the middle and a stream running through most of the time But it is also just partially fenced the trailer. There’s just blackberry bushes and trees on either side, but the trail itself maintained should be mostly clear. Of any branches and or bushes sticking out and impeding your walk where you can even ride your mountain bike if your dog prefers to run along side of you. Bird Watching and Tail Wagging at the Beaver Pond

Please Note: 11/25/22- I’ve decided to open up the calendar for a bit to allow reservations with greater ease, but I do still ask that you message first in case someone related to our forest cleanup project is on-site. 10/1/22- At this time the property could be potentially available for your use, however, we are preparing for the forest cleanup project that we’ve been working towards with the DNR for over a year. If you are interested in visiting here, please message and if it works out I’ll be happy to accommodate you. 07/01/22- Important: The Sniffspot platform does not allow hosts the option to approve or cancel reservations, as such I have blocked my calendar to more easily control reservations. I often don’t know until last minute when the forest manager I’m working with for the DNR forest cleanup project is on-site, the logging will take place hopefully this winter. — This 21-acre forest with a large beaver pond is classified as a class-A wetland. In addition to this, you can find a shallow creek, beaver dams, old-growth forest, and phenomenal bird habitat. Find privacy and quiet with the exception of the songs of many birds and woodpeckers. This property was once a show home, but a fire took place over 10 years ago and the house was not rebuilt. While the ruins that remain are minimal, it sets an interesting backdrop; perhaps it can be the scene for a mysterious photoshoot. Within the property is a small orchard, we do ask to try to not let the pups do their business there. Spring 2022 Update: One picnic table have been added to the property.
