Front of the property has 5 foot chainlink fencing and is fully secured from the road. Side of the property is mostly bush, so not easy to escape from. Supervision is required.

22+ acre property with 20 acres that is fully/securely fenced. The front half is field, the back is forested and has maintained trails throughout. Covered seating (in the field & woods), portapotty, yard hose on site, see 'amentities' for a full list of features. There are seasonal streams and ponds in the woods with foot bridges and woodchips that keep mud to a minimum on many of the trails. Plenty of high/dry areas in the field and woods but also low spots - expect puddles, mud holes, areas of standing water (and a wet/dirty dog), especially during/after rain. Appropriate outerwear, traction footwear (hiking/muck boots etc), towels recommended. Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance. Some days fill fast but plans can change & bookings get modified/canceled (2+hrs beforehand) - check back for an opening if interested. Please Note: 11/25/22- I’ve decided to open up the calendar for a bit to allow reservations with greater ease, but I do still ask that you message first in case someone related to our forest cleanup project is on-site. 10/1/22- At this time the property could be potentially available for your use, however, we are preparing for the forest cleanup project that we’ve been working towards with the DNR for over a year. If you are interested in visiting here, please message and if it works out I’ll be happy to accommodate you. 07/01/22- Important: The Sniffspot platform does not allow hosts the option to approve or cancel reservations, as such I have blocked my calendar to more easily control reservations. I often don’t know until last minute when the forest manager I’m working with for the DNR forest cleanup project is on-site, the logging will take place hopefully this winter. — This 21-acre forest with a large beaver pond is classified as a class-A wetland. In addition to this, you can find a shallow creek, beaver dams, old-growth forest, and phenomenal bird habitat. Find privacy and quiet with the exception of the songs of many birds and woodpeckers. This property was once a show home, but a fire took place over 10 years ago and the house was not rebuilt. While the ruins that remain are minimal, it sets an interesting backdrop; perhaps it can be the scene for a mysterious photoshoot. Within the property is a small orchard, we do ask to try to not let the pups do their business there. Spring 2022 Update: One picnic table have been added to the property.
