A truly beautiful spot! just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre sandy soil riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees all about the doggie park and the rest of the property and along with all the trees comes the birds, so constant singing and tweeting…. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post and sprinklers And or a pool available for hot days. See extras some days you might luck out because if someone else pays to fill the pool, we won’t immediately drain it for a couple days unless someone else purchases the freshwater. So you may have a slightly used pool to use at no charge.. And if you do pay the $9 to fill it fresh.. you feel good that maybe someone else and there doggies will get to enjoy it beyond your use. —- A paw it forward gesture We have a dig site now, featuring both fresh sand and separately a clean dirt mound. We find half of the dogs prefer the sand and the other half prefer the fresh dirt mound. We also have a dry rock River bed featuring a few scarlet sage plants (non toxic aspca) and many of the dogs like to sniff around there and walk over the smooth rocks. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want or need to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There are 2 indestructible tables in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speeds around 15-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. only about 20 minutes from Modesto via Ripon and Ripon Road / Jack Tone We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use allows. *** Our most recent additions include a fully functioning restroom within the park perimeter and we now offer self-service snacks and drinks via Venmo, PayPal or Cash. 100% of the snack purchase Donations go directly to the PAW it Forward Sanctuary, NON Profit 501c3 Rescue. We have a very large backyard we would like to share with other pups and their owners. We know that it can be hard to find a safe place for your dogs to play, so we decided to share our yard. Fully fenced, two seating areas (one covered and one uncovered), access to the water hose, and kiddie pool that can be filled with water. We have tennis balls, a hearding ball as well as a tetherball. Yard is shady in most areas and there is a cute swing attached to our tree where you can relax and play with your pets.

A lot of vegetation and places to sit down, meditate, read a book, study, or have a picnic. Your pup will love to play in our one-acre garden. Picking fruit or vegetable etc. is off the limit. Drinking water for animals is provided in various containers throughout the property. Please do not turn on or use any water equipment on our property - we had some serious problems in the past because of this. Please clean up after your dog’s “business”, smile. That’s a mandatory request. Waste bags are provided in a plastic box with other dog’s supplies) and a BROWN garbage can is in the front of the house by the street for your convenience. Thank you! Woof woof! 🌸 Note: in the rainy season we might not change the water for dogs because it’s senseless, so please arrive always with your own supply of water and if it’s raining you might like to wear rain boots as well. Dog’s paradise in El Cerrito. Reserve a sweet little spot for you and your pup to play, dig with the gophers, or run around for a bit. I’ve added a gorgeous chaise lounge and chairs with an umbrella for pet parents who need a break, as well as a rainbow water feature to cool off. I have a large space that I am sure a dog will love to run in. In the summer, the "grass" (more weeds than actual grass) gets very dry. Year round there are A LOT of burrs due to the dryness so if your dog has longer fur they might get some attached to them. As well, in the winter, post rain, it can get muddy back there. It's a fairly large open space with a longer run on the side. Also, I want to note that in the back of the property the fence is lower, around 4/4.5 feet (the rest of the yard is at least 6 feet), so if your dog is a good jumper, this could be an issue. Hello dog parents! I have a fully fenced, two gate yard to provide privacy and peace for your fur babies. As of May 2024, I am renovating my doggie pond/deck area to provide a more friendly environment for the fur babies and the pawrents. There is still plenty of space, toys, and lots of grass for the pups to run around and get plenty of exercise. I hope you will visit soon! We have a beautiful fully fenced yard in the heart of West Oakland. The yard is predominantly grass, with garden boxes, and three threes. There is also a large concrete section -- perfect for running your pup's nails down a little 😄 Feel free to use the hose for water play, and eat anything in the garden that is ripe!

Welcome to Maxie Pool for private water play time! The first pet pool in the area. The pool is chlorinated and professionally cleaned weekly. We provide S/M/L size dog life jackets (1 jacket for each size) and some pool toys. 2 guests come free with the 1st dog. Any additional dog includes 1 additional guest at no extra charge. If you have extra guests coming, please select the correct number of additional guests in the EXTRAS. Extra guest is $18/person/hour for the play & swimming session. Total 6 guests max. Sorry the pool is not suitable for children. Children under 16 years old are not allowed to enter the property for safety reasons. POOL RULES (please read) *Please note this is a private swimming session for your pets, please supervise your dog at all times, NO coach/lifeguard on site. *The east side of the pool is up to 9 ft deep. Pet & humans swim at their own risk. Children under 16 years old are not allowed for safety reason. The host is not responsible for any liability. *Dog owners and guests are welcome to enter the pool to help and support your dog swimming, but please note NO BATHROOM is provided. As this is mainly the dog pool, dogs constantly bring oil/dust/dirt to the pool. We clean after each visit and the filter system is on but there is a limit to how much the filter system can handle. Generally, the water is clearer on weekdays compared to weekends. *Please do not touch any pool system control in the backyard. You will be responsible for the damage if misused. *This is a quiet neighborhood, please respect our neighbors so no screaming/yelling/loud music/pool parties. *Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the pool area, only off-leash your dog once the pool gate is locked. *The pool area is fenced. Please make sure the pool fence is locked at all times. *Please note there are plants, trees & flowers, and areas with mulch, rocks & stones in the backyard. Please watch out for your dogs' activities at all times. The host is not liable for any injuries or damages that could happen to dogs and pet owners. *Please bring your own towels. Full fenced yard, a little over 1000sq ft. Hose with spray attachment or sprinkler attachment available. Trampoline available for kids. Two chairs, a fire pit and a shade tree as well. Ample dirt parking. Please keep dogs on leash until inside of wooden fenced area with gate latched and leash them before exiting fenced area because we have free range chickens on the outside of the fence. Chickens will not approach you or your dog and will likely not even be visible during your visit but we wouldn’t want them to be chased. You may spot chickens, horses, or cows from afar (neighbors) but rest assured the actual Sniffspot has a solid wood fence that allows for privacy and a visual barrier for your dog to enjoy some peaceful playtime.
