I have a large space that I am sure a dog will love to run in. In the summer, the "grass" (more weeds than actual grass) gets very dry. Year round there are A LOT of burrs due to the dryness so if your dog has longer fur they might get some attached to them. As well, in the winter, post rain, it can get muddy back there. It's a fairly large open space with a longer run on the side. Also, I want to note that in the back of the property the fence is lower, around 4/4.5 feet (the rest of the yard is at least 6 feet), so if your dog is a good jumper, this could be an issue. A lot of vegetation and places to sit down, meditate, read a book, study, or have a picnic. Your pup will love to play in our one-acre garden. Picking fruit or vegetable etc. is off the limit. Drinking water for animals is provided in various containers throughout the property. Please do not turn on or use any water equipment on our property - we had some serious problems in the past because of this. Please clean up after your dog’s “business”, smile. That’s a mandatory request. Waste bags are provided in a plastic box with other dog’s supplies) and a BROWN garbage can is in the front of the house by the street for your convenience. Thank you! Woof woof! 🌸 Note: in the rainy season we might not change the water for dogs because it’s senseless, so please arrive always with your own supply of water and if it’s raining you might like to wear rain boots as well. Where your dog can feel just at home as we do, we are dog lovers and glad to welcome any pet to use our place we just ask to be respectful and treat it as your home, pool is open for use May- September! Property backs to the creek & is lined with pine trees. We don’t treat the pond chemically as it is home to lots of frogs & our own pup likes to drink from it & climb in.

1.5 acres of open space for dog(s) to run around and play in a fenced secure area. Chickens are in a separate area. This is a great rural pet friendly neighborhood. Your best friend will be happy you brought him/her over. :)

truly beautiful spot, just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs at all time while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees, all about the property and the doggie park, along with all the trees comes the birds, so constantly singing and tweeting. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post w/ sprinkler for hot days. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. there is currently a kiddy pool, but will Construct a much better concrete wading pool w drainage and fresh daily. (stay tuned) There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There is an indestructible table in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speed around 10-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use permits.

Great yard with 6ft fence all around it in West Oakland. Perfect for hanging out or training with your dog or letting him or her roam free for an hour (or more!) while you get things done. Completely secured with extra gate between font and backyard. All breeds and dogs of any size are welcome but please leave yard as you found it (broom and trash can provided!) The spot is walking distance to West Oakland Bart station (About 10-12 minute walk). We have neighbors on either side of our home but it’s a very quiet neighborhood overall. Please do note that occasionally you can hear a dog barking from houses in the neighborhood or voices of neighbors enjoying their yard. There are chairs and a coffee table on the patio for your use, if desired, while your dogs explores. A bowl with water and a hose is provided. Also on the corner of my street is a cafe where you can buy breakfast, lunch or a quick snack for while you hang out or after you finish - I highly recommend it! ****This spot is only to be booked between 8am and 7pm daily. No booking before or after those hours. Please arrive on time and please book a minimum of 30 minutes in advance. Also please only 2 human guests max with the dogs. Thank you!***
