Welcome to our quiet, creekside dog spot! This is a peaceful, private fenced yard located right next to the beautiful Otter Brook—perfect for dogs (and owners) who enjoy nature and water. The fenced area is approximately 5,000 sq ft and offers plenty of room for sniffing, exploring, and play. Just outside the fence, you’ll find our brook, which guests are welcome to enjoy with leashed dogs—it’s a great spot for pups who love water! What’s included: * 4 ft tall fenced yard * Chairs + picnic table for relaxing * Water bowls * Dog toys * Poop scooper * Off-street parking (driveway) Important fencing notes (please read): The fencing is basic 4 ft wire fencing. It works well for most dogs, but: * It is not suitable for skilled jumpers * Very small dogs may be able to squeeze through in some areas (bottom/gate sides) * We strongly recommend doing a quick perimeter check upon arrival to ensure it’s a good fit for your dog Environment: * Quiet, peaceful setting with very little foot traffic * Located near a road, so some passing cars are visible/audible * Great for dogs who enjoy a calm, natural space * Occasional spotting of wildlife including birds, squirrels, turkey, and deer ⚠️ For safety, our tie-out line is not available for guest use

Our fenced in property with a orchard and large open space has been adored by many dogs and other pets we have cared for many years. We respect and understand how important it is to interact with your dog in a protected safe area with out worry of having a stressful issue with your dog and another dog or person. We live on a private road and the traffic is limited. All dogs that visit our yard appear to go home happy and content and always run straight for the yard when they come back!

Three Oaks Farm 100 Acre Field Walk In Fort Edward

Come explore the hay fields of Three Oaks Farm! We are a family owned beef producer on 124 acres in Fort Edward, NY and would like to share our fields with you and your dog(s)! Enjoy private, mowed paths while the hay is growing, or a completely open field that’s great for frisbee when it’s cut! This setting is perfect for a leisurely walk/run, photo opportunities in the grass/wildflowers or with the three large oak trees as a backdrop! We often share our fields with all sorts of wildlife including Bald Eagles, Osprey, geese, pheasants, deer, owls, hawks, song birds of all varieties and the occasional partridge! If your dog likes to swim after a walk, there is a swimming spot near the Dead Creek bridge! Parking is on our 1st field road right after the Dead Creek bridge, and is directly off County Route 46. The parking area is marked in the photos. **We ask that you please park near the road and do not drive down the field road when it’s wet. Please stay on the field road and do not drive in the hay fields. Thank you! **The east portion of the field does have a paddock of hot electric fence- it is easy to see the wire and posts. We do have beef cows/calves that are sometimes near the fence line- they are friendly and used to dogs; however, we strongly discourage attempting to pet them, feed them, or allowing dogs to get too close to them or the fence.

Hello and welcome all our furry friends! Our yard is open to any dog who can abide by our understanding with society. We are on a road that is not visible unless youre towards the front of my yard, if youre innthe back 2/3rds youre largely able to ignore road noise. There are little red squirrels and chipmunks that regularly traverse our yard, as well as 2 chickens. If your dog is over reactive or excitable, it may bring them outside of my yard perimeter. The chickens will be locked up prior to your visit. My yard is outlined with "dead hedge" ao wildlife can get in and out, find shelter but my dog largely respects the boundary (sans chipmunks). If your dog is unable to remain close, my yard may not be for you. I am considering building jumps for agility, as well as installing a permanent small pond. Please let me know if this interests you. My yard is private from all sides by about 85%-90% unless my neighbor is working in his yard. I do not use pesticides or sprays in my yard, and my pool will be filled with fresh water and sanitized between each visit. I offer cold water bottles and seating in the shade towards the front of my yard as well as seating in the back, and a tie out if you'd like/need to use. Access to my yard is private and discreet, I will let you know how to access the yard upon booking completion. I am open to suggestions and happy to to take input from visitors. I am also available on rover, if youre interested in scheduling drop off doggy daycare! Ill tire them out while you run your errand-Please contact for more information!

Pristine and toxin-free. There's an outhouse (the loo!) for pet owners. Ample parking, and some solar lights at night. There's poo bags, and a rain shelter. Your dog won't be the only one who wants to come back!
