Conveniently located right off the B2B trail and across the street from Timber Town, this spot offers a unique mix of nature, enrichment, and fun. Upon arrival, you’ll find a designated parking spot and a peaceful trail that winds around the back of the property to the park entrance. Along the way, you’ll pass our duck enclosure and pond—feel free to stop and say hi! If you'd like to feed the ducks, they love shredded lettuce or diced cucumbers (please, no bread). At the end of the trail, you’ll find a double-gated entry with a separate area for leashing and unleashing your dog safely. Inside, your pup will have the freedom to explore about a quarter-acre of fenced-in space, featuring fun enrichment structures like a dog bridge and stacked hay bales for climbing, sniffing, and playing. This space is ideal for dogs who prefer a quiet environment without the stress of other dogs nearby. While our fence is 4 feet high and the area is smaller than some, it’s a great spot for dogs who just need a safe, fun place to burn off energy and enjoy nature. This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and almost 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have 2 huge tires, Agility jump poles, and an A Frame ladder). Welcome! We are excited to share our yard with you and your dog! This is a 0.25 acre rectangle of flat land with lush cut grass. Bring your dog(s) to run, play or train. We provide dog water, a few toys, shelter and shade. There are cable spools, weave poles, a tunnel and a jump for your dog to use for confidence building and exercise! ❄️ During the winter months, please plan to bring water for your dog. There will be a bowl available for use, but any water left out will just freeze 🥶 FYI: we do live in a rural area, during hunting season you may hear gun shots in the distance. 🔥 propane heater now available for use in the fall and winter (out during milder weather as the tank freezes in severely cold weather). Please just turn it off when not in use to conserve propane.

Welcome! We are working hard to make our peaceful, quiet 12 acres into a beautiful park. You are welcome at any time, day or night, to walk, run, bike, ski or snowshoe with your dogs. We no longer have any pets-- no more dogs, horses, chickens, or other livestock. We are often visited by deer and groundhogs. Although we have 12 acres, the house and barn are in the middle of it, so you may see the house from many areas during your visit. Usually, we are working inside or we are away and we keep most of the curtains closed. We may use the driveway or receive a delivery. Future plans include clearing the West trails, planting more evergreens, and making an indoor play space in the barn. Our park will continue to improve -- it is a work in progress! We took lots of pictures and will continue to add them. We want you to know as much as possible about the site before you come here for your visit. We welcome your suggestions on how to improve.

***We may have a few days blocked off soon during the summer to allow time for contractors to do work on the exterior of the house. This fully fenced in yard is the ultimate oasis. Walk your dog on over and relax next to Ford Lake with optional usage of the fire pit, fridge, and tiki torches. We also have two playgrounds for younger children (or children at heart) to enjoy. There's also a scooper, dog poop station, and toys available for you to use. Wifi is available free for guests. Connection information will be sent during your booking. Need to charge your phone or use an outlet? Feel free to plug-in to our outdoor receptacles. Need to run your dog at night? Not a problem! We have exterior lights we can turn on both by the lake and near the house that will give you more than enough light to see. There's also solar lights placed throughout the yard. While we don't specifically have an outdoor restroom, if you need to use the restroom, message us and we can let you inside. Dogs must remain outside while you use the facilities. Stay for an hour or have an evening relaxing by the lake with your pup. Note that if your dog is more reactive around people, we recommend coming during the morning during the week. During the summer you may see neighbors out in their yards doing yard work. Hose is on for the season! It is out by the garden and we have moved the water bowl out that way too for easy refills while you are here.

Hi! We have two Australian Shepherds. An 8 year old blue merle (Elvira) and a 2 year old red merle (Roary). We are a huge dog loving family, and we'd love to welcome other floofs to our yard. ALL BREEDS WELCOME. 💕 We lived in an apartment for many years with our floofs, so we know how it is not to have your own yard for your fur kids. My husband and I both work in the medical field and would love to allow other dogs to use our space to run and play freely. The yard has privacy fencing all around, and chances are there will already be plenty of tennis balls and other toys around. Reach out with anything you need and I will make sure to provide the best I can for you and your pup! I hardly use the backyard at all except to add leaves or compost to the compost tumbler or occasionally to mow. That means it is all yours. This spot is definitely OPEN and no need to verify that with me beforehand. I will mark if it is occupied.
