We are a doggie daycare open during the day. We are available for Sniffspot rental after 5PM until 8PM Monday-Thursday. Friday-Sunday after 5PM until 9PM.

Nice open backyard with a pond and plenty of woods to explore. Just a nice get away for you an the pups. Currently no fence, but looking to put in a fenced in area in the future.

There is plenty of parking. Our fenced yard is about 2 acre. There is also a chicken run fenced separately where your dog can check out some chickens. The entrance to the yard is a gate between the house and garage. Please replace the carribeaner when you leave. And have fun!

This land provides all terrain options for whatever your dog desires. You can stay close to your car in a field setting or walk deep into the valley to explore the creek bed on a hot day. I have built 4 campsites on the property (also for rent,) so there are 4 unique sitting spots, hammocks, tables, and fire pits. We have 2 golden retrievers (1M/1FM, both fixed) and a golden doodle (1m/fixed) who can either be put in the house during your visit or come socialize, whatever you prefer. Large private field in residential area that has securely contained dogs for years. Grass is regularly mowed. Multiple dog toys and agility type obstacles available.

This is an unfenced property that is combination of flat open space, hills, trees, and tall grassy areas. The property border is outlined by the street in the front, a shared gravel driveway in the left and back, and a solid tree line on the right. Guests can park in the driveway or yard in front of the green outbuilding.

5 acres of grass, shaded areas, flowers, and fun! Covered porch for lounging and optional indoor barn space.

This is 6 acres of raw land. In process of finishing tiny off grid house for camping (Spring ‘24). The property slopes back down the hill toward about 3 acres of woods. Mostly long grass with mowed trail to back of property. You can see views during different seasons. No pesticides. Follow mowed path trail to back of property where it touches Jacob’s Creek. Property lines are marked. Please mind the property lines to be good neighbors. :) Please note that gravel driveway belongs to neighbors- not us. Please park on mowed pull-off. The drive is mowed back to house, down the hill, into the woods and to the creek. Will have outhouse by Feb. For now, there is a Love’s Truck Stop at exit 92 with food, restrooms, etc. (less than 5 minutes away) or in Marengo (8 minutes away).

Enjoy our +5000 SF facility on Saturday and Sunday with your dog to play, train, host a doggy birthday party, etc. in a climate controlled indoor facility. We offer water access for the dogs, clean up supplies, WIFI and a chair for the owners. You can relax knowing your dog is safe and secure off leash for all kinds of fun and games!

Nice fenced in area near pond, complete with places for dog parents to sit and dog beds for babies to relax on. Water dish provided for your pup to have hydration and small pool that pups are able to enjoy a small dip. Please feel free to use hose in backyard but make sure to turn it off when done. If pool is deflated, there is a small pump under brown chair for you to use. Please unplug when done and put it back. You are more than welcome to move things around as you need but if you take chairs off porch please put them back. Trampoline can only be used by children and jump at your own risk. There is a lock on the gate, code will be given prior to arrival, we just ask you put it back when done. There are a few toys out there please enjoy them! Have a wonderful time! Let me know if you need anything :) There are cameras on the property, we do not watch while you are out with your pups, please use the yard like you would your own.

In beautiful, quiet downtown Franklin neighborhood, walkability to all the local restaurants, shops & parks!
