This property is just under 200 acres with 2 ponds, and several creeks running through it. We also have cut 12 miles of 6' wide trails. There is also about a 30 acre field for other training. If your dog has excellent recall you may walk off lead but there is natural wildlife on the property and your dog must be able to recall.

There is a fire-pit area in the backyard that could be used if discussed with host. Sometimes there is small wildlife spotted in the yard and woods. We do have one pup who absolutely loves her yard but we wanted to share the love with other pups! We will keep our pup inside or out of the house when puppy guests are here!

2.5 acre lot, mostly wooded. We will be working on a trail that leads to a stream/creek. The yard surrounding our family dwelling is also available for resting and playing fetch, etc; however, you may hear my 2 dogs barking from inside, so ideally my Sniffspot would largely take place in the woods and creek directly behind the house.
