I have a background in Vet Tech, have owned and loved many animals throughout my life and feel my calling is to offer my furry friends the best options we have in life. My yard is one of my favorite parts about owning my home. It's Huge, its open and above all else, my two babies can run to their hearts content. This location will only get better with time. Right now, we have a few agility options and plenty of fetch toys. Stay tuned for more updates as time progresses. We have big plans for this place and hope you will enjoy the journey with us. We are located just up the street from Pony Pasture park! We have a fully (newly) fenced in back yard that has yet to be landscaped since we moved in last year - perfect for dogs that need to let out their zoomies. The yard is shaded about 80% of the day. We have our own 2yo pitty named Asher who is happy to share his yard (don’t worry he will be inside at all times) - we have poop bags and bug spray for your use. Please pickup after your pet!

Welcome to our Sniffspot! This is a suburban backyard, great for anyone in the surrounding area who needs a fenced-in yard for your pup to run around in. I have an older German Sheppard who only goes out periodically throughout the day. He would NOT be out in the yard during your reservation. I do my best to keep the yard clean but there may be some missed spots here and there. My neighbors have 2 younger dogs who can be heard, but not seen, through the vinyl fence. There are other dogs in the neighborhood as well that can be heard but not seen. The deck can be accessed for bench seating, outdoor table seating, umbrella shade, outdoor electricity, and other amenities. Please come enjoy our backyard!

Upon arriving at the Meadow Farm dog park, please pull in the drive to the house to park feel free to explore all around the yard and across the driveway into the grass fields in the backyard is a fully fenced small area. Also, there is a picnic table that can be used as well as a swing. You’ll notice that there is a pond in the backyard where your dog can play. On the property you’ll get to see some farm animals as well. Enjoy your time at the Meadow Farm dog park. In the pictures you'll see a few maps, these can be used as a guide to help show property boundaries as well as parking.

Hello! My name is Katie and we are so excited to offer our yard space to your furry best friend. My family has lived in an apartment the last two years while house hunting in Crozet, and we have learned how difficult it is to have dogs without access to a yard. Now that we are settling into our new home, we are excited to offer our space for afternoon fetch, morning zoomies, and just lounging in the sunshine. Animals just make the world a better place. You will always have complimentary access to our hammock and swing gazebo but the use of the Solo Stove is an additional fee. Come enjoy some nature time in our yard in Crozet. :) Arrival Notes: When you arrive you can park anywhere on our gravel drive away. The gate to the right of the house that goes into our garden is where you will enter. Our sunflowers are dead and an eye sore right now, but I’m letting the birds and squirrels finish up their feast of seeds. This “holding” area in the garden gives you a chance to triple check there are no lingering guests or animals in the yard. Once you are in our backyard please shut the gate behind you. Most guests enjoy hanging out in the firepit area where there are hammock swings and seating. Along the fence, you will see a spot for water, toys, and other things I thought you may need. We ask that guests not utilize our small deck near the house, so that our dogs don’t bark and disturb their stay! So far all of our guests have come a second time, so if you end up booking again, I’d love any feedback on how to make your visit extra special. I was made aware of this app through a support group for reactive dogs. The area available is a large family owned farm. Horses are on the land but kept separated. The area for walks has 3 trails in the woods as well as a large playing field that is very far from any street or vehicle. I love the idea of allowing your dog to just be a dog. It is a great space for off leash training or off leash play. Keep in mind it is a wooded area so squirrels and birds are very common and occasionally there will be deer.
