During the summer you have access to two seating areas including a picnic table, gazebo for shade (seasonally) a 30 foot tether is also available if you would like to have your dog stay beside you while you relax. During the winter, paths are plowed in both yards and in the woods within 3-5 hours of a significant snowfall. This is a great space to let your dog(s) zoom around! After reading a few other reviews, we were worried about finding the Sniffspot, but it was really easy to find using the host's instructions. We had to pull up maybe 100m extra past where the address was, but it was hard to miss (and someone has also identified it on Google Maps). There is a neon flag at the entrance, as well as a sign on the gate. As for the space itself, it's a giant C shape of open space with a little hill covered in trees in the middle. Clean, quiet, spacious - we'll definitely go back.
