Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Surrey **Update please read description**

Partially Fenced
40 acres

📢 Temporary Update – New Play Area & Adjusted Pricing Hi everyone — quick update! Due to unexpected renovations and ongoing landscaping/drainage work, our main large field and forest area is temporarily closed while improvements are completed. We are still open, and visits will now take place in our **new private play area**, which includes a fenced field, river access, a bit of forest, and multiple spots to relax and lounge. Parking remains the same. I’ve also added a simple map showing the current play area, walking path, and the temporarily closed main field. Because this is a different setup than what was originally offered, pricing has been adjusted accordingly. All existing bookings made at the original rate will receive a partial refund (or a discount for a future visit). We’re taking things week-by-week while work is underway and appreciate everyone’s patience while we get the full property back to top shape. If you have any questions or would prefer to reschedule or cancel, feel free to message me anytime. Thank you for your understanding and continued support! – Shayne IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD

29 acre farm, but the only farming these days is making hay. The whole area is cleared with only two small groves of trees. We are close to town, and there is a fenced walking path outside one side of the perimeter. Otherwise, there are woods on two sides and a street on the the fourth. There is a small pond at the northwest corner.

Frequently asked questions about Cordova Bay dog water parks

What types of dog water parks are available in Cordova Bay?

Cordova Bay has 14 dog water parks with diverse features: river, stream or creek, lake or pond, beach, swimming pool. Whether you need a fully-fenced space for poor recall, a quiet location for a reactive dog, appropriate sizing for small breeds, gentle terrain for seniors, or specific amenities like water features or agility equipment, you'll find options in Cordova Bay. Filter by fencing, size, distractions, and amenities to match your needs.

When can I book dog water parks in Cordova Bay?

Cordova Bay dog water parks are available based on host scheduling—many operate dawn to dusk or even 24/7. Unlike public dog parks with rigid hours, you choose the exact time that works for you. Check individual Cordova Bay listings for specific availability. Flexible scheduling is especially helpful for dogs with specific needs: reactive dogs who do better during quieter times, working dog owners needing early/late slots, or seniors needing cooler morning hours.

How do I book a dog water park in Cordova Bay?

Browse 14 available dog water parks in Cordova Bay, select your preferred date and time, and reserve through Sniffspot. Most Cordova Bay locations offer instant booking. You'll receive confirmation, exact address, and entry instructions. The booking process takes just minutes—perfect when your dog needs exercise, whether that's a reactive dog requiring safe space, a puppy needing socialization, or an energetic dog burning off steam.

What's the most popular dog water park in Cordova Bay?

Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Surrey **Update please read description** is highly rated among Cordova Bay dog water parks, known for excellent amenities and positive reviews. However, the "best" spot depends on your dog's needs—reactive dogs might prioritize privacy and quiet, puppies might need secure fencing, seniors might want flat terrain, while active dogs might want maximum running space. Browse Cordova Bay listings to find your ideal match.

Can I use Cordova Bay dog water parks for training sessions?

Yes! Cordova Bay dog water parks are perfect for training because they're private and distraction-free. Work on recall, practice water confidence building, dock diving practice, or swimming-based fitness training, help reactive dogs build confidence, socialize puppies, or work on obedience—all without public dog park unpredictability. Do Cordova Bay dog water parks accommodate multiple dogs?

Most Cordova Bay dog water parks welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings for specifics). If you have several dogs—especially if some are reactive toward strange dogs or if you have mixed ages (puppies and seniors)—private dog water parks let them play together safely without outside interference or triggers.

What amenities do Cordova Bay dog water parks offer?

Cordova Bay dog water parks feature amenities like river, stream or creek, lake or pond, beach, swimming pool. Many hosts provide extras: poop bags, water stations, toys, shaded seating, parking, even dog wash stations. Each Cordova Bay listing clearly shows what's available. Look for amenities matching your dog's needs: shade for heat-sensitive breeds, water for swimmers, agility for active dogs, or privacy features for anxious pets.

Are Cordova Bay dog water parks available year-round?

Most dog water parks operate seasonally (typically April-October), though some feature heated pools for year-round use. Many Cordova Bay hosts maintain their dog water parks throughout all seasons. Filter for covered or climate-controlled options if weather matters. Indoor dog water parks provide year-round access regardless of Cordova Bay weather conditions. Check individual listings for seasonal availability and policies.
