Our expansive outdoor run and additional lawn are often unused and available for periods during the day while our few guests are enjoying indoor play time or out on a guided hike. This prompted us to offer limited by the hour use of our amenities to the public. What you get: -6 acre dog run (Canada’s largest private or public dog run) •1 acre lawn, with drainage (no puddles 🫠) •1/4 acre playground-certified wood chip run (no mud) •Picnic table with umbrella 🧺 •Warm water garden hose wash💦 •Customer washroom🚻 The property is located on an organic blueberry farm so you can rest assure there is no chance of pesticides used on or around it. Whether you're here to play, explore, or simply enjoy a peaceful moment in nature, we've got something for everyone—two- and four-legged alike! 🐾 What You’ll Find: A wide-open field to roam A short grass area perfect for relaxing, tossing a ball, or sharing a quiet moment Woodland trails that twist and turn through the trees are perfect for curious sniffers and nature lovers. Several seating areas through out the Sniffspot. NEW ADDITION - We have added a large covering just inside the fenced area. There is a deck box with all kinds of dog toys, beach towels for water days and a first aid kit, just in case. 🌻 The Farmstand: Stop by our welcoming farmstand at the entrance! Here we have plants, seasonal vegetables and fruits, Crazy Chicken Granny's painted rocks and more. This is where you will get your add-on kits for *Scent Course *S’mores kits (seasonal) 💧Seasonal Note: During the winter months, please be aware that some areas may have standing water. Peaceful mini-retreat with field & woods

Fully/securely fenced 20 acre spot with a field & orchard in the front. The back is a beautiful forest with maintained trails throughout. Features include covered picnic tables in the field & woods, portapotty, drinking water station, balls/toys etc - see amenities for more details. Seasonal streams & ponds in the woods dry up by summer. Gravel, woodchips & foot bridges keep the main trails in decent shape but there's still access to mud & water so expect a wet, dirty pup if they like that kind of thing. Outdoor hose and rinse station provided, bring your own towels. Reservations are available up to 30 days in advance. Some days fill fast but plans can change & bookings get modified/canceled (2+hrs beforehand) - check back for an opening if interested. Thank you for being considerate of our space by reading and abiding by SS and spot specific rules and asking all who accompany you to do the same. First time visitors get an auto-message 2hrs beforehand with helpful info.

📢 Property Update Our original Superior Acres field and forest area are now open and available for guests to enjoy. The private play area that has been in use over the past several weeks is temporarily closed for maintenance. During this time, all bookings will take place in our original Sniffspot location, featuring a large open field, forested areas, river access, and plenty of room for dogs to explore. As always, all bookings are private with exclusive use of the property during your reserved time. Jason's 24 Acre Fully&partaily Fenced Private Dog Park In Blaine

Hi, we have a couple different spots for your furry friend to play and get some energy out! The first spot is right by the entrance to the property and is a fully fenced like 1 acre. Add this word you’re more likely to be able to hear and possibly even see another dog. But still private and comfortable and very easy to get to  The next spot is out in the back it’s about 20 acres is partially fenced with two horses roaming around The last one is past that area to the forest line and is a private trail that cuts through to the very back where it touches meets up with three other properties and opens up into about a two acre stretch of field with the culvert in the middle and a stream running through most of the time But it is also just partially fenced the trailer. There’s just blackberry bushes and trees on either side, but the trail itself maintained should be mostly clear. Of any branches and or bushes sticking out and impeding your walk where you can even ride your mountain bike if your dog prefers to run along side of you.
