Territorial views in a quiet farming community. Hawthorn and alder stands with occasional crab apple. Wild roses and blackberries are prolific. Expect to see occasional cottontail, swallows, hawks and meadow voles. Possible sightings of elk, deer, coyote, bobcat and raptors depending upon the time of year and day. Porta potty for sniff users and drinking hydrant near the loafing shed. Shaded seating in SW corner of parcel. Park adjacent to red barn on south side of building. Do not block house or rv parking please. Walk your leashed pet down gravel road 50 yards from parking spot for parcel access. Pet leash free once on marked “wilding” parcel. Don't let the darkness defeat you taking your canine out to play! Installed 3 street lights to keep the early darkness at bay. Light timer switch is on the left inside the dog two way gate. Lights take a couple minutes to get fully bright. Now you can play with your dog from 6am to 9pm. Enjoy this private area that you can let your dog off leash without having to worry about anyone interrupting your time with your dog. Picnic table with cover. Water dish, poop bags, waste bin, sticks and balls with a chuck it at entrance. Coordinate with a friend and meet here to let your dogs play together while you catch up. We charge $13 for the hour space rental so, *please mark only one dog even if you are bringing more* The space has a long grassy open [360 feet] area to use a chuck it for dogs that love to fetch. A large cedar provides shade on half of the property while the other half is in the sunshine. This is a fun spot for dogs to exercise their legs and noses. Please check back for future upgrades.
