At the forest edge, the Madhatter trail invites you to a serene creek, a secret haven at our fully fenced sanctuary. For environmental reasons, the creek area is not fenced. Our hilly forested land, a tapestry of guardrails, fences, gates, natural barriers, rolling trails, springs and creeks, is a haven for play. These trails, once trodden by horses, have been lovingly reclaimed from invasive brush and dead trees, now fun for paws and feet alike. We’ve nurtured this tranquil forest back to life by planting more than 600 saplings. The canopy of Hemlock, Douglas Fir, Western Red Cedar, Yew, BigLeaf Maple, and Alder, filled out as soon as there was more light. These trails whisper stories of the past. In the spring, summer, and fall, lush frilly leaves decorate every breeze with greenery in motion. Wonderlane isn’t just a place; it’s an experience—a Sniffspot designed with your dog’s joy in mind. While they dash through wood chips and Pacific Northwest duff, under ferns you’ll enjoy the sight of a 20-acre forested wetland, a living vista of nature. Please use the garbage bins at the top driveway entrance for disposal of any waste. Please close the hydrants completely. Press the hydrant water handle into the completely closed position after use. If the water is not pressed completely closed it affects our water system pressure. Please close every gate. Dogs must be leashed going to and coming from the parking area, and may be unleashed when entering the dog park. We rely upon guests to contact us and tell us immediately if they need anything. Enjoy the forest’s magic at Wonderlane. PS if you wonder about the fencing here, some guests want the creek fenced too, which isn't possible due to environmental reasons. The forest area is fully fenced, some doubled. There are gates to the creek so you can control access. We continue to improve everything except the fundamentally lovely forest, creek, air, light, trees, bushes, plants, and all the birds.

This spot is a 1/2 acre rough pasture with a bench, fruit trees, a tree swing and woods surrounded by greenbelt. It is fully fenced and gated although if your dog is small and escape-minded it may do so because it is wire field fence, not board fence. Please park in front of the garage and keep your dog leashed until you reach the pasture area at the back of the property. Enjoy!

New to Sniff spot so open to suggestions and we’re a hip camp if you want to stay the night! Please keep in mind it is the wilderness and we do our best to tame it. We're on site when you visit and are here for guidance. First timers we will show you where to go. We would love to also bring our dogs out for play time if you got friendly animals. We have private river access in our back yard. We're on a cliff (please be careful with our trail) so you shouldn't run into anyone. We do have access to the river bed for even more exploring, bring your water shoes to walk a cross the water for even more exploring and swimming!- No reactive dogs across the river as that's our island we share with the neighbors.

**Maple Valley Romp-N-Roam can only be booked 2 weeks in advance by non-members if hours are available. **To ensure your visit is an enjoyable experience, please read the entire description of the property, fencing details and my property rules.** *Bookings with multiple dogs- For every 2 dogs beyond 4, an additional adult is required. This helps to ensure the property remains poop-free. Our completely fenced 1.3 acre Sniffspot and completely fenced property perimeter gives you peace of mind that your pups are safe and secure as you let them play and explore. With a gently sloping pasture for running, trees and stumps for exploring, and low-level agility equipment to build confidence on, your fur baby is sure to find something that sparks their interest. When the temps start reaching 80°, the kiddie pool will come out to refresh your pup's paws! The pool will be filled on these hot days sometime between 10:00 and noon and emptied every evening. If you would like a fresh fill for your pup(s) visit, filled for a morning visit or on a day that temps are below 80°, please add it as an "extra" for $6. If we are unable to offer fresh fills on a particular day, the "extra" toggle will be disabled.  Although completely fenced, supervision is always recommended. Very large area for dogs to run and play. Easy parking and entrance to backyard. You can have the back yard to yourself. There is a table, chairs, some toys like tennis balls and a throwing thingy, fresh water and a large garbage disposal bin to leave poop bags at the entrance gate. Come and enjoy our yard. WE HAVE JUST FINISHED A 10 X 12 METAL GAZEBO THAT WILL PROVIDE SHELTER FROM THE RAIN.

Looking for an idyllic space to relax while your furry friend plays in the sun? Look no further! We have a covered and heated porch, with two chairs and a swing. The yard is in the process of being rehydrated from that heat wave but it does have a lovely, shade providing, apple tree that the dogs really enjoy! We have a buckets of toys to choose from! We can put the toys away, turn the sprinkler on or add extras at your request!

Beautiful 1 acre, fully fenced backyard, lots of green, some areas are mildly manicured. Backs up to a huge hill. Backyard has lots of blackberries, fig trees, apple tree, and herbs. Wonderful place to sit peacefully or play around!

Hello and welcome to our Sniffspot! We hope you enjoy your time here. It's a large, open one acre pasture with plenty of room to run and play. Tall fir trees, our home and other single family homes surround the property. There are neighbors who walk their dogs or play with their dogs in their yards. There are no shared fence-lines but we are noting this in case your dog might be reactive or sensitive to seeing and hearing other dogs and people. There are also chickens nearby - see note below. Double gated entrance for security. Park along the fence on the gravel drive. Plenty of room for your pup to enjoy the zoomies! A few things below to note, thank you! *🎾💦 For the toys and water bowls, we have labeled bins for 'clean' and 'dirty/used'. Please utilize items from the clean containers and then place in used/dirty so we can thoroughly clean them. There are cleaning materials in case you would like to sanitize or self-clean bowls or toys. Thank you! * 🥾The terrain of the pasture does have some dips, bunny holes and there is a section of mown grass, as well as a portion of longer pasture grass, and sticks from the fir trees. Wearing solid and/or waterproof shoes will help you navigate the land. *💦 There is a water jug and spigot with hose in the pasture to use for drinking water. If you use the spigot, please be sure to turn it off. There are small plastic pools available for warm days. You are welcome to use a pool, but please empty it after use and return it to the fenceline area. *💡we have 4 sets of string lights on our fence, two small solar spotlights on the fence, and one large spotlight on the far power pole (motion sensor). It adds some brightness to the pasture for evening visitors. Note that since it is an acre lot, there is a portion of the pasture that is still quite dark once the sun is fully set. *🐓 There are two hens and one rooster on a neighboring fence line and the gate to their henhouse yard has a sign (don't let the chickens out, no matter what they say), as well as a secure gate latch plus bungee cord. They will stay on the far side of their yard, and hide under the shrub/tree cover so are usually not be visible from the Sniffspot pasture, but wanted to share in case this is bothersome to some pup guests. Our rooster, as well as neighborhood roosters, are regularly heard. *please note: due to the burn ban, wildland fires and the dryness of our land, we ask for no smoking on the property at this time, thank you

Nestled in the serene farmland of Roy, WA, this private dog park spans approximately 6 acres of a 9.74-acre estate. It features a well-groomed, quarter-mile loop trail that winds through natural woodlands, offering a tranquil and safe environment for dogs to explore and play. This secluded haven provides both pets and their owners a peaceful retreat to enjoy nature's beauty.

The doggy pool is now included free for all visits! Great way to cool off on these hot summer days! The retaining wall in the middle of the yard provides an awesome opportunity for running and leaping on and off, making zoomies all the more fun! To the side, there is also a gentle slope perfect for dogs who would rather take it easy. Fully fenced with 6' cedar fencing, which means your dog won't see cars, people, or other dogs passing by once you're in the yard. No neighbor dogs bordering any side of the fence, which keeps it peaceful and lessens anxiety. There is lighting under the magnolia tree and along the fences and buildings to help you enjoy your evening visit. An umbrella is provided for your use in case of rain. Private, off-street parking for up to two vehicles is provided in the driveway for your convenience. Please let us know if you need parking for more than two vehicles and we can make arrangements. Our comfy patio furniture and a table are provided for use, so feel free to bring snacks and drinks to enjoy while your dogs run around (an additional 4 camping chairs can be provided upon advance request). We provide a few toys for your use including tug toys and a ball and chuck-it, please return to the toy bucket when finished. Have your dog try out our new tree-mounted tug toy for a fun challenge! We also provide a clean bowl and a jug of water for you to pour fresh water for your pup. Poop bags are provided for your convenience. To minimize the spread of illness, please do not bring your dog to visit if it is sick.

Welcome! Hot summer days call for a doggie pool. Let your buddies run and play on our field, then take a break getting their paws wet or laying in our doggie cool pool! Please note that my booking window is only 14 days out. Please check back for later dates. We hope the humans will enjoy the peacefulness of the field with surrounding woods and peek-a-boo views of the valley. Since our SniffSpot is behind our outbuilding, you have lots of privacy and rarely see anyone during your visit. Our field offers shade at all times of day and often a breeze in the afternoon. It can be very pleasant on hot days. We have a hose with a sprayer if your dog needs an extra cool down. We have toys and balls for the dogs, a covered area with chairs, a couple chairs in the field that can be moved to the shade or sun, poop bags and water bowl by the hose. We have a reserved parking space just for you! My default is to keep my dog in the house while you arrive and depart. He could possibly in his separate dog run by the split rail fence. If you know that seeing him might upset your dog, let me know and I'll make sure he's not seen.

Perfect for reactive, fearful, and/or less socialized pups (i.e. new rescues, fosters), and any dog who needs to just run their heart out! Tug ropes, Chuck-its and balls available in various sizes, including glow in the dark for late night/early morning romps. Bags available for blackberry picking during the season. Open 6 days a week, 5am-10am & 3pm-11pm (5am-1pm Fridays) Closed Thursdays *Off hours available for First Responders and shift workers, please inquire if you need to schedule outside listed times/days. Occasionally, residents will need to depart/arrive, despite our best efforts to do so between visits. We do our very best to be as quick and discreet as possible!

Lots of space for your pup to run around and for you to sit and relax. WiFi included. If your pup wants a playmate, my 4-year old mix is super friendly and would love to play! If not, that’s great too. Come check it out! While my pup and family love our yard and hope you will too, the ground can be uneven with depressions, holes, and roots. I’ve tried to mark the holes, but may have missed some. As with any yard, hazards may exist. Please be careful and enter at your own risk.

Fullly fenced 2-2 1/2 acres to let your dog(s) run free and safe! Water, treats, doggy/kiddy pool and toys to use, complimentary . Covered area with picnic table for rainy days and to get out is the summer heat. There are hammock chairs and benches to sit on at the firepit, or you are welcome to enjoy the patio set, lounge chairs, etc and hang out on the deck. We will have an umbrella up when it's hot out.
